Weight loss gear

I'm looking to cut body fat while still keeping muscle. I could cardio my ass off, but when I do I loose muscle. It happens every time!
I'm looking at anavar. I dont want to use injectables. I have run one cycle of ph before so I know about support and recovery products.
Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks guys. Only problem is, I hit the treadmill every day and my diet is actually really lean. I'm actually starting to think that this is my healthy body fat level. I'm really in shape, just not cut lol. Oh well. I'm probably just gonna keep building to offset. Thanks again guys!

You may have temporarily plateaued. That happens. And, what's wrong with being healthy?
I'm going to give you my simple and repetitive solution of 1) Measure your RMR, 2) buy a heartrate monitor. The numbers those tools give you are an incredible training aid because you know what level of exercise and calorie intake will put you at a negative energy balance. You won't starve yourself, you'll keep on a good diet and up your exercise.
I'm off cycle now due to BF, and general laziness in 2011 that is 100% my lack of effort. I've dropped 15lbs in 6+ weeks just by diet + exercise (30 minute treadmill 5x min weekly, even if it's just a walk) plus mild weight training to tell my body to focus on NOT catabolizing my muscles so much.
No Var, no T3, no DNP, no clen (I'm not totally against clen, but haven't felt it is needed), no ECA. Yes no miracles but no mistakes either.
Good luck. You can cross a plateau but first your mind has to get over it. After that, it's just the work and a few simple calculations. And it works.

I'm surprised var didn't help you loose any. It's supposed to be a good cutting agent.

to me "cutting" directly means "fine tuning". You can't fine tune your body if the basics of BF % and muscle mass haven't been addressed first.
Personally, I don't try to build mass and drop BF simultaneously. It's one too many balls for the average bro to juggle, honestly. Focus on 1 goal, then another, to get the spectacular end result.

You aren't gonna want to hear this but skip the anavar and work harder and longer on the treadmill.
I was EXACTLY in your shoes at 20% and read some stuff about var and went on cycle. Yup, gained strength and some mass but no BF loss really.
I realized I had wasted my time and money and deceived myself.
It is SO hard to tell your body "hey, lose JUST fat please". You can help maximize your percentage fat lost by exercising at 65% Max Heart Rate for as long as you can each day, or do interval training with sprints and jogging/walking.
That worked like a charm. I did lose some muscle mass, but >75% of my weight loss was fat weight, and I have the measurements to prove it to me.
I tell folks be smart, not like me 1st cycle: wait until you are <15% BF before any cycle. If you want to lose fat weight on cycle, make it a TEST-based cycle, and just work out, cardio, and cut cals. Your body has to make a decision on its demands to build/repair muscle, and it needs the energy from somewhere, so that's your fat stores.
Get to 15% or less on the treadmill, understand your energy balance, and honestly, don't be scared of injectibles when it is time to cycle.
Good luck, bro.

FYI, I'm at 20% bf 5'9" 185lbs small frame. I've gained 50 lbs over the last 3 years and have hit a plateau.

watch your food intake a bit more closely paying closwe attention to macronutrient ratio. "my diet is actually really lean".. It may not be as lean as you think, if you were eating that clean and doing cardio I doubt you would be 20%bf at just 185. Diet is everything, if you eat right you wont really loose a whole lot of muscle just because you're loosing fat.
