It would be better for your tendons doing equal parts vs twice as much winny. Thats the only reason i would use both honestly. Say something like 50mg var and 50mg winny would be awesome for cutting, with test of course. Would be even better with some tren thrown in!
You need to be careful about what you are recommending when the OP has not given any additional background. This dude may never have touched a steroid in his life and now you are recommending to him to top everything off with some tren!

Sure. Anything can be stacked with anything. Like Makwa asked - what are you trying to accomplish by stacking those two compounds in particular? Winny is generally confined to cutting cycles and has a significant ability to lower SHBG which will elevate free test. I think Provi is a better choice. They are both DHT derived compounds but Provi is not going to DESTROY your lipid profile while drying out your joints till they creek with pain like Winny. Those doses look like a female cutting cycle. But at 5' 10" 191 lbs. you would be an awfully big lady. The doses for a man would be much higher.
