80+? that is far too much. get yourself some legit var powder, make up your own 20mg caps and you wont do half that amount with the sides being too harsh. so much underdosed crap out there its unreal.

Ive always dosed mine at 80+mg. I usually do a 100 when I do it just because it really brings my abs in.

It has been shown that above 80mg/day results in diminishing returns.

I believe the half life of var is around 8 hours....so one in AM and a second in the later afternoon.
