Tren and eating

Hi all

Can anyone help with suggestions how to keep or help my appetite while running tren in a cycle, mines dead after week two or three

Mk-677 really helps but the hunger will go away if you take it every day. And if it get where you can't eat. Ensure make me hungry .but remember a little tree go's a long way.

Me at 140-lbs, Brian Turner (real name) a/k/a Herc used to help me order in one onion/bell pepper/tomato, refried beans, summer sausage, ramen noodles, and three chicken breasts... cost a book of stamps. We would cook it up an divy it two ways in one quart jugs. We sat until it was eaten and that was that. Figure the diet, cook it and then eat it. I had two groups of friends then, one was Brian, who was helping me from my 140-lb body which could bench 60kg max and the other consisted of a world heavy weight boxing champ contender Tony Coster (real name) who wanted to make me his 'student'. Harsher circumstances, probably, but you just gotta' get that food down your neck! With quality food, and no need for summer sausage or ramen noodles, I'm going to be a bit of a cunt and say harshly, eat your diet. I'm at 91kg, aiming for 100kg lean and now hitting a 19-nor... you just gotta; get it down. Gonna' go cook dinner and eat my food too, but man forget excuses..... pretend the once world heavy weight boxing contender just took a fancy to you and cram that food down a quart at a time. I have the same problem. Still do. I buy shakes by the case to keep with me. You can always pound a shake. It sucks forcing it, but you gotta feed and fuel. Do whatever it takes. Im not sure how people feel about this but a small puff off a THC pen might spark some hunger. Works for me. Keep working hard bro

This is child's play bro, if you’re at a level to be running steroids you should know all the tricks of the trade and of already trained yourself to be able to eat 500+ surplus a day no matter the weather.

A few examples: Liquid calories (protein shakes, 2 tablespoons of EVOO with each meal) , schedule small manageable meals throughout the day containing calorie dense foods, avoid foods which bloat you, slowly increase calories/reverse diet, prep all meals and eat them at the same time every day to build a routine that you’ll get used to.

Make sure you are taking lots of Liver support whilst using Trenbolone - I cannot stress the importance of this enough. I would say its more Toxic to liver than Dbol and Anadrol are. NAC, TUDCA, Milk Thistle everyday without fail. A stressed liver could be one of the reasons, or you could just fall into the category of users who simply lose their appetite on it. Probably 80 to 90% of people do and there isn't much you can do about it, you could try out appetite stimulators such as GHRP-6 but I tend to find these just give me a weird appetite stimulation together with tiredness.

Always aim for maximum hydration levels too on tren as even just a 2 hour nap in bed can dehydrate me. Always aim to get your piss running nearly clear even though this will rarely happen on it. Drink often when you are not even thirsty on it Yes 3

All my bloods are fine including liver function and tren, I actualy tolerate it very well this lack of apatite is a new things after a fair few years

I have a few friends who use it for appetite and pain. I've personally only used it recreationally as I don't drink at all. Random tests sucks brother.

Bud its something I never do - but when I did try it a few times during my alcoholism 'How F'kd can I possibly get days' lol it made me feel extremely tired, lazy, nauseous and weak for the next 2 days afterwards. I simply cannot imagine lifting heavy weights whilst using it regularly. To me its also a portal into smoking as many of my teenage friends did many many years ago. Steroids are dangerous enough to health without alcohol, weed, opiates. painkiller addictions etc. We need to do EVERYTHING to keep ourselves healthy whilst we cycle and if you are buying the right supplements to do this then that in itself is a moderate investment each and every month Ok
