Check around on some other boards, even here, participate (ask/answer questions) and make some friends, THEN u PM them, and im sure they will direct u in the right way if they feel your a good guy. Legal? I dont know what planet you are from but it is highly illegal. Besides i dont think the ones who have access to powders are going to give out their source. Sorry but keep looking and let me know if anyone is legit.
