Tendonitis/ Tendonosis

ad

Guys, I have been battling forearm/elbow tendonitis for the last solid year. I am 29 yo, 182 lbs around 7-8 percent bf, and have ran a total of 4 cycles tren/test over the past 10years. I have no idea what is causing the tendonitis, as I have never suffered with this from body building in the past.

I have received cortico steroid injections in each elbow with no relief, I have had MRI's on each elbow (nothing showed) I have received PT for 6 weeks from the orthopedic institute ... Icing...massage ...etc...it is manageable until I start doing biceps/ back exercises, then it goes off again and lasts sometimes for days, the pain is hard to describe, basically my forearms feel tender and sore to the touch and my inside elbows (golfers elbow) have a strong pinch when I do any type of pulling exercise.

I told you guys that I tried everything to no avail. I decided to do a cycle to see if that would bring some relief. I went with tren ace/ test prop 400mg of each per week. The arm/elbow pain was almost completely gone within 4 days. I went from curling a 40lb barbell with pains shooting in my elbows and forearms to curling 100lb barbell with no pain. I ran the cycle for 10 weeks. I have been off the cycle for a little over 2 months and within the past week the pain came back strong. What is strange to me is I have had no pain for 2 months post cycle. This leads me to believe that the tren/test had a healing effect on my arms.

Well it's back to the point now that I can't work out again, so I just started another cycle of test/tren. Has anyone ever dealt with anything like this? Am I destined to run tren/test for the rest of my life so that I am able to work out? Would hgh help my problem? I would give my left nut for some solid advice.

A main cause for this type of injury is your wrists. Nose breakers and barbell curls are the number one culprit for golfers and tennis elbow in bodybuilders. Lay off for a while, especially these two exercises and start stretching your wrists several times daily. Hopefully, this will help

these injuries in the physical therapy world or sports therapy, are called over use injuries. tennis elbow and golfers elbows. they come from repetitive gripping movements. one of the worse culprits i have seen is barbell curls for causing elbow pain. using certain aas will mask the injury and make it worse nor19 are famous for this because they lubricate joints, tendons and muscles. this is why you lack pain while on cycle. THEY DO NOT HEAL THESE INJURIES. the only thing most often to heal these types of injuries is rest. cortizone shots make it feel better but do nothing to heal it, which can and will make it worse if you continue to exercise. there is a lot of great videos on youtube that address these kinds of injuries and how to heal them and avoid further injury from occurring again. i have had tennis elbow in the past and have not had any issues for over a year. be cautious tendons and ligaments will fray like old ropes with these injuries till they finally give way and snap. its no joke!!!

Find an Active Release Therapist. You have scar tissue that has formed in the wrist extensors/flexorS that bind the muscles and result in increased tension in the tendons.

The therapist will work on the scar tissue and release the bound tissue. I have had tendonitis in several joints over the years and my therapist fixes the problem in about 2 visits. The best part of this therapy is that you don't rest the injured tendon.

NOTHING ELSE WILL SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART - PAINFULL DURING THE SESSION BUT ALMOST IMMEDIATE RESULTS.

definitely try npp, it helps me with my little problems.
but fella ive been there, things got sooo bad for me i was unable to pick up a sock with an over hand grip as it was way to painful, it would wake me up at night burning hot, this was at the two year point, in the end i had a tendon release, the cut the tendon in my left arm/elbow. it took me a fare time to heal mind ( about a year fully healed) but i able to train and im almost as good as before. i have to use lifting straps for shuggs at about 160kgs and for my side lateral raises about 27kgs as im weaker i my left and they help with my grip.
BUT you have to explore every avenue first as this is the last step. i was 35 at the time and never had any problem with my grip beforehand.
best of luck as i know how dis-heartening it can be not being able to train

I have been taking cissus, fish oil, glucose/condrotin for months, I did eccentric exercises for 6 weeks with band's during physical therapy, during this time I did no heavy lifting, btw I took off 3 months during this time of no upper body exercises thinking I just needed to give my arms time to heal, although I'm not sure this was a good thing

After reading this it looks like long term hgh would build up collagen therefore healing my tendons, although I had MRI's in both arms with no visible damage

When you lift do you slowly increase poundage on lifts? Or do you just beast through the weights and lift the max you can?

Reason I ask is cause I've noticed with the dramatic strength increases associated with tren, that guys push themselves and don't allow their bodies to adjust to the serious weight added during lifts. Which leads to tendon problems. Just my 02.

I slowly increase with strict form

You could try NPP, it is sometimes called trens lil bro. Might be beneficial in combination with your possible long term gh treatment.
