i injected a little over 2 cc's of test prop into my delt and my delt and my bicep have been pretty swollen for about 3 days now, i dont feel sick or feverish but its worrying me a bit, it was a bad injection because i was stupid and held the syringe with my right arm while injecting in my right delt so im not sure if that effected it.

how did you hold the syringe with your right hand while injecting in right delt? thats fucking skills bro.. or a sign that your gear is bunk. i can barely turn around far enough to whipe my ass at this point
AnonAn Abscess infection wouldn't be a viable option for a least a few days-as far as diagnostics are concerned.
Could be a number of things.. maybe you didn't reach muscle and injected into the Sub-Q/Fatty.. your body has a response to release a fluid/synovial sack if this is the case..
Might just be some PIP!! work on massaging it and soaking it with hot water a few times a day.. Get some icy hot or bio freeze and it might help with any pain.
Make sure to follow the correct cleaning protocol whenever injecting.

do you think is ok to workout with? i mean i dont think its infection everything was very sterile. clean syringe alcohol swabs and medical gloves.
