usually your either "on" or "off", and im sure your using the: time on cycle+time waiting for pct to start and time on PCT= time off. once you have completed your pct, your body is still trying to recover from the steroid use(homeostasis), so if you were to go back on steroids you would be doing more "damage"(if you want to call it that), but shit we are all doing "damage" when doing steroids anyways. but im on trt so i never come "off". but there are some steroids that are less harsh than others, as above primo is one, anavar is one, proviron is also a steroid that some people bridge with. but its all up to you man.
