I love injecting in my shoulders, but last night my girlfriend wanted to watch me inject and well I forgot to swap the 18'' gauge with my 22'' gauge to inject.. and holy hell did that hurt.. didn't realize it till after that I just injected with the 18.. :S last time I let her in on my fun!

can you z track your glutes? i can't turn around that far but i'd like to. Suggestions?

AnonYes sir you can Z track your glutes. It's difficult it can be done.

I used to be able to when I was flexible, I can't even inject my glutes any more :-(
