step down, no gains
Decided to stop nandrolones and ran a test cyp only cycle at 500mg/wk at 1cc every 3 days. I have noticed my body comp change and strength has increased but as far as weight goes, I am unable to gain. My diet consists of 3500-4500/day with about 250-350g Prot. I am not complaining but rather trying to seek answers. Im at 180lbs at 6'1 23yrs old. Currently on week 10/15 and just started anavar at 40mg for the next 4 weeks. Running adex at .25/eod and pct will consist of clomid and nolva.
My lifts are
squat is 315 for 3
sitting military is 205/225(almost there) for 6-8
Deadlift is 405 for 1-2
benchpress is 225 for 8-10
barbell row is 225 for 10
legpress is 720 for 12-16 reps.
I workout about an hour to an hour and a half a day m-f, I do cardio on Saturday which consist of jump rope and about 30-45mins on a double end bag.
My meals are basically true foods (eggs, bread, rice, meat, veggies, fruits) with 2-3 shakes a day.
What am I missing or is it just a matter of eating more? I literally am full every 2 hours

breakingfaceIf you're not gaining your not eating enough. It's that simple. If you posted that you were getting 8k cals ED and still not gaining, I would tell you EAT MORE. Eating more calories than you burn = gains. Whether those gains are muscles or fat depends on your training.
breakingfaceAdditionally I found some of your responses here to be snarky. Try to always maintain a student mentality with this sport.
you say you are eating 3500-4500 calories. There's your issue. You don't know how much you are eating so you throw a random number out there. How do you know you are getting 4500? Do you count your calories?
Try getting 300grams of protein without any protein shakes. Then add 1 protein shake and use post workout. I promise you will get bigger if you do this.
Fkn right. Lots of ppl estimate how much they think they're eating, but when they count they're surprised to see how much they're under eating, counting cals is a MUST until u can really estimate how much your'e eating
Fitday.com find out how much you are REALLY eating on a daily basis.
Here bro: http://fitnessblackandwhite.com/bulking-up-workout/
U need to do a 3-day split, that's a great way to bulk as far as training. Also here's this:
http://www.shapefit.com/weight-gain-calculator.html
That will calculate how many calories u need to eat to gain weight. U obviously need to eat more than you burn. I'm the same way I burn calories at an extremely fast rate, which is why 3-day split is good for training, u need a day in between workouts to do nothing so that u aren't burning a shitload of calories EVERY day m-f
BostonCut down the cardio and train harder. You can always train harder. No need to add anavar or any other bs like that. Learn to include drop sets and ways to go to failure and beyond and your muscles will grow. Learn to leave it all in the gym every time you train. Eat more consistantly. Eat 4500 cals EVERYDAY. Train for mass (bodybuilding) 3 weeks a month and then one week of every month train for strength and power. More drugs or cycle tweaks arent the answer for you at 23 years old. Train harder, eat harder.
beyondimportsYou need to be consistent with calories and track them. Not guess how much you are eating. Gaining weight is calories in v calories out. Especially at your die your problem is not enough food. If you play sports or have an active lifestyle you need more calories than a normal person. And being 180 at 6'1, you were too small to start cycling in the first place. If I were you, I would come off and pct. Get your diet dialed in and try again next year. You could hit 200lbs easy without taking anything.
AnonX2, and find out how many grams of protein you taking in a day. I understand you eating true food, but eat at least as many grams of protein a day as total pounds of weight you are, example: I weight 230, I eat at least 230 grams of protein a day. Keep in mind also that you might be dropping body fat, that's why you are not gaining any weight.
Since I started cycle I have changed routines, not the days I workout but the muscle groups I hit on each day. Also I changed sets/reps. Is it worth it to change in last month?
Stats are posted, no cabergoline this run,.
Caber lowers prolactin. Prolactin raises prolactin gyno as well as raising estrogen..estrogen is catabolic......did you research at all?
perhaps you did not read, I am NOT taking nandrolones, just test cyp and now anavar. I appreciate your enthusiasm, yes I research everything I put into my system as everyone should. I even read the entirety of posts in forums. I understand you may take my response as offensive, please seek first to understand before you judge, I am a nobody asking for opinions not half-witted attacks.
Wasn't attacking dude...chill. It's written like you dropped nandrolone and only on test/var. And I'm most definitly not half witted. If you are bulking and flat stopped adding mass...up your complex carbs. Also, if you drop fat while adding mass...scale wont move but your bigger in reality...more lean mass.
Stats? Caber?
