i need some help here guys.

i know all about AAS sides, but i have a new one going on here. I just did some research on it, and think i have diagnosed why, but i want additional opinions.

my issue is that my forearms and hands have had terrible circulation going to them the last couple days. you know that tingly feeling you get when you sleep on them wrong? yeah, its like that 24/7 the last 3 days.

additional info:
i have been putting a ton of stress on my bi's, tri's, and forearms since beginning my cycle. i can only bend my arm 90 degrees until my arm is stopped by my bicep. i think they are around 19" now or so.

questions:
im not terribly worried, but its fucking annoying. is there an OC product i can purchase to help the blood flow (ginko)?

and what is causing this? ive had over 20" arms before and never had this problem. is the new muscle pinching the vessels? hard to type too!
