Serm vs AI on cycle

So whats the pro/con of using a serm vs ai on cycle. I know how they both work differently. SERM-blocks receptor AI-reduces amount of estrogen, in a nutshell. So what would be the deciding factor on what to use on cycle? Does it depend on dose? What about what you would use if you just did 500mg of test e for 10 weeks? Bottom line, serm vs ai.

thanks for all the input, I was reading william llewyn's anabolics and he suggests serm or ai on cycle, figured if he said serm it would be ok. Just was wondering the pros and cons, seems like ai wins by first round ko! Just like jon jones is prob about to tomorrow lol even tho Id like to see rashad win
AnonI use aromasin 12.5mg ED because I am gyno prone, it's much stronger than adex. If you can get away with adex take it, it's better to have some estrogen floating around as long as it's not giving you any grief. If adex doesn't cut it - go with aromasin. SERMS? Just no, for on cycle at least.
SERM's are outdated, you run the risk of having estrogen rebound as soon as you stop taking it.
Taking an AI or SERM on cycle "does not" inhibit gains..
Arimidex is my favourite, and it is dose dependant mate.
If I use 1000mg/week of test.. I use 0.5mg daily
If I use 500mg/week of test... I use 0.25mg daily
Nolvadex.... I wouldnt even bother
Lowering your levels of estrogen too low can have many negative effects on your health.. so you owe it to yourself to do abit of trial and error, start low and work up slowly!
I havent used letro or aromasin so I cant comment on them.

No1Adex is all you need on cycle, and thats only if you get estrogen sides
