Second Cycle Advice (First Cycle Bloodwork Included!)

Hi guys,
I recently finished running a cycle of 120mg/week of Test C + 180mg/week of Test E for 10 weeks. I cut during this time and got really shredded and gained some strength. My bloodwork at 4 weeks showed total T at 3068 ng/dL (see image). After the cycle I returned to TRT and am probably 15% body fat now.

Next cycle I want to bulk. I'm going to try to get to under 10% body fat before I start the cycle. I want to stick to just testosterone, any suggestions as to the dose?

If your cycle was a total of 300mg/wk, what is/was your weekly TRT dose? And what testosterone level would you strive for while on TRT (cruise)? Like 1000 ng/dl?
I’m asking for my own education because after my first cycle recently of 500mg/wk of Test E, which had me over 3000ng/dl, I dropped to 200mg/wk for the last 8 weeks.
Just did bloodwork and my test is at 1969 (only taking 200mg/wk).

If you were over 3K on 300mg of test then just stick with that dose. No need to go higher. Results won't be any better, just more potential side effects to deal with.

You want a test level to where you don't need an AI. Trying to red line the high end of normal is usually not a healthy option.

During my 15 wk blast w/500mg/wk & >3000ng, my estradiol was 211.
You advised me to take Aromasin 12.5mg eod, so I did & about two weeks later my estradiol was 95.
Haven’t noticed any problems though except high RBC count. Donated blood today.
I’ll keep researching. Thank you again

And why didn't you stay shredded or at least at 10% body fat and then go to bulk from there?
You were shredded, if I understood correctly, then you gained body fat on trt, so now you want to cut again on trt, then on a mass cycle.

In any case, it is smart that you want to enter the bulk cycle with the lowest percentage of fat.
Regarding doses, my opinion is always to add as little as possible to feel progress. Of course, progress will be greater at 1000mg than at 500mg, but if you ask me, you should first exhaust the effects of the 500mg dose to the maximum before adding other steroids or increasing the doses. In your case, the suggestion is 300- 500mg per week.

My guess is he never got much below 15% and had the illusion of “shredded” since his muscle bellies were fuller due to all the glycogen retention. That all dropped out when the dose dropped and the fullness went with it. Losing the visual appearance of being “shredded.”
Not throwing insults just wanna make sure OP understands the difference between actual results and temporary visual changes due to gear. Would help to know difference in time from cycle to trt at 15% bf. If just a couple weeks then no way he gained that much bf, thus proving my point.

Aka diet diet diet. Not gear gear gear.

I suspect I was under 10% bf at my the end of my cut (see image) but I never did a caliper or an impedance measurement. I got up to 15% in 4 weeks because I was bulking the last couple of weeks of my cycle and then a couple weeks more as while my test level was on the decline. Definitely ate too many calories (about 4k a day).

Under 10% you start seeing veins across your stomach. Also you likely didn’t get up to 15%. But going with your numbers that’s ~10lbs of fat in 4 weeks (based on your stats in bio). Which is roughly 8,750 cal surplus per week over 4 weeks assuming all surplus calories went straight to fat (when they don’t because you were still lifting and on exogenous test albeit a lower dose).
You looked solid. Stay with test again and get your diet really dialed in and that’s when you’ll see some amazing gains.
