I just have a quick question for all of you...I just started taking Oxanodex, im taking 20mg in the morning(empty stomach) and 20mg around 5:00pm(empty stomach). Do i just swallow them with water or chew on them? Also, when should I eat something after taking them, i've been waiting between 20-30 minutes after. Any replies would be a big help. Thanks

You can eat em with food if you like.. swallow em whole, chew em, it will work. Ideally? Chew em on an empty stomach, you can eat in 10 minutes as it will be absorbed by then.
Space them out through the day if you can for even blood levels.
