Dude on the left is Shaved , Tanned and about 5 pounds heavier with sub 12% body fat . but the dude on the Right is not far off at all and yeah his Physique is achievable natty .
Both look natty to me. One just has a little lower bodyfat
Imo both physics can be achieved naturally..
