Quick qustion, new to lifting
I do not have any AS yet. I will try some safe Anavar at a later date (should they arrive) My question now is I have seen my leg strength increase at faster proportional rate then my upper body. In the past 7 weeks my upper body is about 10 to 15 percent stronger (based on weight and number of reps,), however my leg strength is about 30% stronger. I work out such that I complete one body group every 3 days or so. Often this is spit in days such I may work out 4-5 times a week. 6-10 reps (when I can not complete lift), 3 sets. My legs get more reps (10 - 15) as I want endurance over just power. I also walk as I have about 5 to 10 lbs to lose. When I try more sets my muscles turn to mush.
How long can I expect to see 10 - 15 percent gains over a 7 week span? Is this normal?
FYI no joint pain, some muscle soreness the next day, but noting major. 2 grams protein per pound body weight, multi vitamin, zinc, ginseng, Long Jack. NO JUNK FOOD! NO SUGAR! 45 years young (not old).

bdsupplementsThe answer to many questions about many peoples muscle size and strength is genetics. Just like some people are tall, some are short, some have bigger muscles in different areas. If you are genetically predisposed to building big quads and hamstrings, then they will grow fast and disproportionate from the rest of your body. You cannot expect to keep those gains up, however, especially naturally, for your natural peak will come sooner than later. Maybe if you do a strong anabolic cycle, you could see those gains again.
How old are you?
You will grow and develop quite rapidly. Your body is literally saying "What's all this then?" Water, food, vitamins, amino acids. If you plateau, don't get discouraged. Switch up the routine. Try chest/shoulders, back/bi's, legs, arms...rest. Get some sleep. Take a nap, your body is growing. When I first started out I did pushups by the hundreds. I'd watch movies all day on a Sunday and do them on every commercial break.
At this point, you're looking for consistency. Be consistent and you will grow.
Also, warm up. Light cardio, windmills, shoulder rolls, light stretching. Get the blood flowing. Don't grab the heaviest weight possible and start banging out sets. I watched a guy do this.....First set out he grabbed 70lbs dumbells to do incline presses. Blew his shoulder out. Your first set is light weight high rep, homie.
Don't worry about the disparity between your leg strength and your upper body. It's good that your doing legs. A lot of guys skip them all together. Good luck.
Seriously, if you are new to lifting, I wouldn't touch AS. Just let yourself naturally develop for a while.
Oh I forgot what impact would say 30MG anavar do? Is 3-4 weeks going to do much at that rate? I do not want to shut down my LH.
