I have recently underwent surgery on my left bicep to repair torn tendon.. When I get ready to lift again, I really want to jump start my program. In your opinions, what manufacturer has the best DBol?

Magnifiying glass up top will answer ANY question......... guys on eroids respect someone who shows he can research instead of just being spoon fed.

Take the first step into AAS education and click the icon....... that alone can change your life.... if you show no motivation to self-learn these guys will tear you a new asshole..... just sayin :))

Start slow hommie. Don't be like some of us and rush thinking you are 100%. Thats when you usually end up fucking things up even worst. It took me a whole year of frustrations & even crying to realize my shoulder need it a serious rest. Luckily i am recovered(without surgery) now and making progress. This is not a race. Just take your time let it heal start slow or be prepared for more dissapointment and/or more surgeries

I'm exactly where you were. My left shoulder got injured in summer 2013. Medication and cortisone shot later it is still not fully healed up. I still go to gym but have added an extra rest day for shoulder, weight wise am extremely careful and have given up some exercises.

how did your shoulder heal, did you completely quit gym? I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo frustrated tht I feel you can understand what I'm going though. Ive always gone for 1.5 hours therapy once a month and still do so I suppose tht would help.

It took a lot of TB500 & 3 months & half of no upper body IT ALL...

Gained about 1 inch in quads and calves since i was only doing legs Smile

I had a big smile on my face when I read bout your quad and calves development in tht time Smile I love hitting legs no doubt but psychologically it is extremely hard for me to just quit upper body.
thanks for sharing. I just might have to go the exact same route, like let upper body just chill for a couple of months and turn into Quadzilla ;)

Believe it or not, muscle memory exist, your upper body will shrink but once you start hitting it again you'll be right back were you was 3 months ago withing a few days
