Hi, I am trying out proviron to raise libido. This is the first steroid I’ve taken. I’m testing it out at 25-50mg ED. My understanding is this steroid is relatively safe, but I have a couple questions that I was hoping some people on this forum could help clarify.

What are the risks with taking this drug at a 25-50mg daily dosage?I heard mixed comments on whether the drug is suppressive. Any insight on this? Also, this might be a silly question, but if it is suppressive, does that mean it is permanent?

Do I need to do anything special when stopping?

Also, are there are any permanent benefits? Like deeper voice or more defined jaw line after stopping?

If you are having libido issues, have you gotten any bloodwork to see where your testosterone levels are currently at?
Thanks for the advice everyone! Wow this is a lot more negative then when I initially researched the drug. I'm on my 6th day. I'll stop now, and hopefully everything will be okay

I wouldn't mess with provi if I was you. It is suppressive so basically your body may not stop producing test it will more than likely lower your levels. I'd try some herbal remedies like tonkat ali, horny goat weed and tribullus terest extract
Mesterolone comprimate is a dht with Anabolic : Androgenic ratio of 100 : 50. It is suppressive and will increase free testosterone by binding to shbg. When your free test rises it is a great feeling, when it lowers you can feel it, but not for very long. You can take saw palmetto with it to help counteract enlargement of the prostate. 25 mg/d is a adequate dose for a standard cycle and anything higher than that like 50-75 is pushing it, imo, because most people need to start out slow. If you are trying provi out to raise libido, then you won't be disappointed, however it's much better when combined with testosterone and it's ability to work as an anti estrogen is true.
Do not take provi unless you are on cycle or TRT! It will shut you down. This has been proven here by many members with bloodwork. You are doing yourself no good. You will eventually shut your HPTA down and then need to try and recover it. How long have you been taking it for? If it has only been a little while, stop now and you may not need to do a PCT.

Drug is suppressive from trials Ive seen reported. Its a DHT so baldness and enlarged prostate are potential side effects.
Nothing special aside from a pct if you do take it alone and get suppressed.
No cases of deeper voice or jawline that Im aware of, that seems more likely with HGH.
