Post PCT Bloodwork
Hey eroids community!
I am 8 weeks post PCT (which was 3 weeks EOD 500iu HCG, one week overlapped with final test pins, and then followed with 40,40,20,20,20 nolva). Please note. HCG then nolva - nolva started day after last HCG dose. After I ran this PCT, I was informed by GreatSpear that it could be improved in the future, and it will be. The cycle was 500mg test e/wk. Adex for AI as needed.
I am having bloods drawn tomorrow for general health and testosterone panels (which I will post as soon as I get the results). What should I be looking for as far as results go? I am assuming I want to be in “normal” male reference ranges. Also, they are bloods requested by Kaiser, so I am not sure how detailed they will be (ie, whether the testosterone test will include estrogen metrics, etc.). Dr. does not know about gear use. All gear is out of system and testosterone should theoretically be within normal or below normal ranges, but not higher.
I do feel pretty great! I just want to make sure my bloods are good to go before starting my next cycle. So any input prior to getting my results would be helpful! Again, I will post the results.

Thanks everybody! I appreciate all the feedback!
Blood has been drawn and just waiting for the lab reports to come back! When they do, I will make a new post for them.
Current thoughts:
(1) if Kaiser does not provide all metrics needed, I will get the rest taken care of through privateMD
(2) [hopefully] ideally, everything should be within normal ranges.
(3) Once everything is good to go, I will propose my next cycle (in detail) and get some feedback before starting. Thinking Test E (250/wk 3.5 day split), Tren a (never ran tren before, 350/wk ED split), Mast P (never ran before (350/wk ED split) and var (50/day). Still need to work out the length of each of the compounds. Just wanted to get my thoughts out for feedback :). Also, for what it may be worth, my coach has suggested those compounds for the next run. They are a successful coach and produce healthy athletes, and bloodwork would be done intermittently during cycle.

Here you go. Enjoy
Hopefully all values will be normal; if not you may have to make some adjustments accordingly.
Just to clarify, you’re 8 weeks past your last dose of nolva/cookie correct?
If so, yes. You just wanna make sure you’re in range with everything. If you had precycle bloods done, you’d be hoping for your total test to be close to you were before hand.
All other health markers “in range”
WRT your first statement - correct
Unfortunately I do not have precycle bloodwork :(. So the hope is to be somewhere in the "normal range", and in the future refer to previous bloodwork.
Thanks for the input!
Cool. Good luck boss
You should be looking for all values to be in range
This is what I figured :). Thanks!
I should have clarified...*at this point (8 weeks post)
PallMallYou want your lh and fsh to be within range, which indicates your body is producing natty test.
You want RBC to not be elevated
Creatinine to be within range (kidney functions)
LDL and hdl to be within range ( no lingering cholesterol issues)
Really though, like you said everything should be within range, if it’s not then you gotta figure out why and how big or if it’s rven really an issue.
This is great feedback. Thanks man!
If my bloodwork from tomorrow's draw doesn't contain all that info, I will get them done privately
PallMallPrivatemdlabs.com -male hormone panel
And I guess fuck me for trying to help somebody understand something on the negative karma
Thank god the internet opinion hasn’t transferred over to my real world
I fixed that for you. Not sure that was deserved. Maybe cuz you said “if it’s even an issue”? But I don’t see anything wrong with that cuz his doc would be the one to say it is or isn’t.
Female hormone panel is way cheaper than the male hormone panel. Just mark you’re a man during checkout. Assuming he doesn’t live in jersey or one of those other fuck states that doesn’t allow you to order privately. I’d like to know what piece of shit passed that legislation...
My state is good to go!
Will go with the privateMD female hormone panel if Kaiser doesn't include all important metrics.
For on cycle id suggest the unisex hormone panel instead, it has the lc/ms testosterone that goes over 1500. With the male one it caps at 1500.
Also, if you’re not worried about testing lipids, you can get the female hormone test panel for $70 and it checks the main boxes of e2, test, LH, and fsh.
My insurance (Kaiser) has ordered the full lipid panel with many other things as far as I know. The only test in question would be the testosterone test. I just don't know what Kaiser will include. Though, I hope everything haha. If not, I will additionally do the privateMD female test panel to fill in data that Kaiser did not fill in
So one of the things I’ve learned from eroids is that estrogen can be detrimental to your PCT and prevent your recovery. The latest science points to using an AI (preferably Aromasin) to manage your estrogen in your PCT. While Nolvadex blocks the effects of high e2 from acting on parts of your body (like your breast tissue) it doesn’t change the fact that your e2 is high. your body can sense that it is high and it will hinder your pct.
Looking forward to seeing your blood results and how you’ve recovered!
I too have noticed the frequency that aromasin is incorporated into PCT. This is definitely something I will look into!
Thanks for the support bud!
did you do any bloodwork before the cycle too? you should
I did not, unfortunately. Would have been a great idea! While I don't have prior bloodwork, I will at least have this to reference in future
