ad

About 4 weeks ago I raised my test dose from 600mg a week to 900 mg a week , last week or so my hands have been going numb a lot . Could it be from the test increase ? Running test only at this time ..

Could be from water retention.

Same thing happens to me around week 6 into a cycle. It goes away a couple of weeks after the cycle ends but can be super annoying. Talked to my Doc but the only thing that worked for me was loading up on water before bed and trying to sleep on my back. Best of luck.

First thing I wonder is what is your build like? Then are you retaining water? Edema can wreak havoc on your blood flow. Also sometimes when your shoulders get bigger and tighter from the increased mass you can develop a condition called Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. This is a condition wherein the sheathing that protects your nerve tree stemming from your neck to your shoulders and arms gets pinched between the muscles in your traps and delts shutting of circulation to the lower extremities. It is rare and generally occurs after prolonged use of heavy mass cycles. You should be monitoring your blood pressure regularly. You can purchase a BP machine for about 65 dollars at a pharmacy. BP is up and water retention is higher than that would be a good reason for numbness and tingling in extremities. Sodium should be watched and also if your not on an AI, you should consider it. Do you have 'moon face' or notice swelling in your soft tissue areas? These are all signs of edema. These are warning signs to be concerned about, especially for the heart. I would definitely consider lowering your dose back down. 600 is plenty with a strong diet.

Why did you increase the dose and what is your cycle history?
