Nolva agains cycle efficiency.

Could Nolvadex decrease the cycle efficiency? Suppose on 3 week I discover a little gyno, I immediately took a Nolva, and I feel decrease of cycle efficiency. Could it be because of Nolva? Another options/drugs to prevent gyno?

NOLVA will decrease IGF1 levels some but personally I don't think it hinders gains much.
I suggest running an AI during your entire cycle and you should avoid these type of problems.
So, on WEEK3, you notice gyno. You take ONE nolva, and your cycle is decreased? How badass is this cycle at wk 3 that you would notice a decrease? Let alone from taking one of anything? If you're proposing this to be real, I call bs. If it's a hypothetical as you suggest, then your question is all wrong. Need to reasearch what tamoxifen is and does.

OP you need to get bloods to know for sure, but it sounds like you're a dummy that didn't research enough to take an AI, or really enough on any of the compounds you're using, and now you have sky high estrogen and it's killing your strength and probably adding fat before your shit is even fully kicked in yet.
Unless your on shorts, in which case everything apples above except for your shit not kicking in.
unreal89Raloxifene is a bit overkill for on cycle as it binds 10x stronger to breast tissue and its useless for pct as only boost test levels 20% meaning it wont bring you back from being shutdown..
I agree it's not great for pct but running a low dose on cycle or in pct strictly for gyno prevention isn't really overkill.

What you have to worry about is estrogen levels, not nolva itself. If you crash your estro it will halt the gains and you will feel like shit. I think that the feeling you have could be related to water retenntion. If you lost few pounds, less pump and fullness it could be your body getting rid of the excess of water as nolva lowered your estro. Best advice I cam give you now is to get blood test and check your test and estro levels.
Nolvadex doesn't lower estro levels homie, it simply blocks estro from binding to certain areas like breast tissue. Estro levels will remain the same unless an AI like arimidex is added as well. That's why breast cancer patients use a combo anti estrogen (nolvadex) and aromatase inhibitor (arimidex, aromasin, letro). So they effectively lower total estro and also block any remaining estro from binding to breast tissue.

NotNatural23Right on my thoughts exactly Novla doesnt supress estrogen. It blocks it from the receptor sites. Especially the breast tissue. Imo aromasin is the best way to go. Suppose to increase IGF. Though you can always supress to much which isnt good either so always get bloods!!!
Nolvadex can lower igf levels, but probably not enough to make any noticeable decrease in your overall gains on a cycle. If you are like looking for an alternative to nolvadex for gyno look into Raloxifene. It may still affect igf (I've seen studies saying it does and other studies say it doesn't) but I believe it has the strongest binding affinity to estrogen receptors in breast tissue so it would be my first choice for gyno related symptoms.
