Need advice on lab reports.

ad

Quick background-

Just finished a 16 week cycle running test c, anavar, and deca. Blasted the first 8 weeks then tapered off the last 8 weeks. Stopped the deca after week 8 and ran anavar and test the last 8.

Been off completely for 5 weeks, started pct at the end of week 3. On pct for 2 weeks now.

Here’s my lab report- one thing concerning me my LDL level.

HDL CHOLESTEROL -57 >40
LDL CHOLESTEROL -105 <100

Free testosterone- 3.6 Normal range 4.3 to 24
Testosterone total- 200 Normal range 280-1100

Here’s my question, I’m at the age now where I would like to get on a Steady TRT dose and I know PCT won’t ever get me back to my levels as a 20 year old. I was planning to run around 75mg once a week from now on. However, since I just got off a cycle and my LDL is higher than it should be, should I wait to start TRT or will it not matter since it’s such a low dosage.

Those levels aren’t bad at all, Oxandrolone screws my lipids up way more than yours but they level out 3-4 weeks after.

No need to wait on lipids to stabilize if you’re planning to start TRT. Just start your cruise dose and check lipids again in 4-6 weeks. My LDL is currently above 100 also while blasting on 400mg TestC and 200mg Deca, but this is my 1st blast in a long time.
For TRT I run 30mg MWF using an insulin pin and that keeps my TT around 950 and FT around 150, no issues cruising on this dose for the past couple years.

You're only 5 points over and you have normal HDL. Fasting glucose is a better predictor of heart disease anyway, if that's normal than I wouldn't worry.

You talking about A1C?

A1C or FBG are both good predictors.

If you are getting older... like me, I would start on Red yeast rice and TUDCA. Both will greatly improve cholesterol.

I will try that, how much of the TUDCA do you take a day?

900mg

Anavar wreaked havoc on your lipids, evident by HDL numbers dropping and LDL rising. Most orals cause this, but Anavar is infamous for this effect. Since you are already currently on PCT, id see it through and finish. Then get bloodwork and check and go from there. I'd be a different story if you hadn't opted for PCT and gone TRT right after cycling, but that's just me and my opinion. Giving the body a break and then testing again, the numbers might look better compared to the previous test and im certain your body will thank you for it. Wish you well and hope it works out
