mood swings on test e

ad

So I'm into my 7th week of a test e cycle and I've been getting mood swings, I'm feeling pretty low most of the time where before I was feeling great, every little thing seems to irritate the life out of me. It's caused me to get into arguments with the people who are close to me, this is all my doing and it's things that wouldn't bother me normally! I'm thinking about doing my pct now or should I see it out? Who else on here has had problems with this and what can help? I'm running aromasin at around 6mg ed now, I was running it at 12.5mg ed but that caused problems for me.

I would avoid the Letro as suggested below, that could crash your estro in a hurry. In my opinion blood work is a requirement and not an option. Get it done ASAP.

I would think your Ai dose would be enough so makes me wonder if it's bunk. It happens.

How is your blood pressure? Elevated blood pressure can also cause some of what your describing. I'm speaking from personal experience.

I guess it could be bunk gear, I wouldn't really know the difference as this is my first cycle, I'm on my second vile though and it's a different lab so it's possible, I felt great at the beginning of the cycle. I want to get blood work done but in the uk it's not that easy. I would need to go through my gp and that would cause problems.

I mean your aromasin being bunk. The only way to know for sure is to get the blood work. Check that BP!
It's possible you felt great at first even with bunk aromasin. Test E takes time to build, you wouldn't be aromatising the test as quickly while it builds. If your aromasin is bunk, you would likely have much higher estro at this point in your cycle.

Do whatever you can to get bloods. Now is the perfect time. You need to learn why you feel this way so if you cycle again, you will have a better idea of how to counter it. First cycle is a great learning tool! I went through the highs and lows also. I spent extra money to monitor my labs more frequently after I had an issue with higher estro. Helped me figure out when certain moods/feeling hit, change up the AI dose.

Bro, sounds like your estrogen level has risen to that certain point over the course of the 7 weeks. If you can't get blood work done, I would recommend stepping up your AI and switching to Letro. Adex and Aromasin don't work for me at all. Here in the US, we have companies like Private MD Labs where you can use a credit card, pay them, they will send a script to one of our blood draw labs, you have your blood drawn and they will email YOU the results. You can order any blood test you want and your doctor is not involved. Anything like that in the UK?

i can assume your injecting every 7 days and the mood swings come a few days before your next injection?.

cause..Test E should be injected every 4 days (to coincide with the half life) and injecting once a week is letting your test levels to drop to low before your next injection and you cant get a stable level cos your injections are to far apart. So you getting to many peaks and troughs which effects your mood a lot. up ur injections to every 4 days and you mood will be good as your plasma levels will stabilise

if you are injecting every 4 days then all i have said is not applicable and just ignore me Smile

Like SDM said, bloodwork will let you know. In the meantime check your BP as high bp can cause temper issues with some people.

Could be due to high or low estro, but the symptoms for either can be the same.

Need to get some bloods so we can see what's happening, otherwise were just guessing.

Other symptoms? Stiff joints, emotional etc?

testicle pain, tiredness and feeling emotional. I don't know where I can get blood work done in the UK.

If you're near a needle exchange alot of them offer blood work. I know the ones in Glasgow, Nottingham and Manchester all do.

Thanks bro! I'll look into it and find out where my nearest one is.

Sound like estro problems, possibly high estro if you're getting over sensitive. It's more difficult for us in the uk to get bloodwork, the joy of the nhs....

If you want to take a punt at it, you could up your AI for a few days and see how you feel. I suspect it's high estro, but without blood tests can't be sure.

cheers bro, do you get blood work done? I want to do that but don't have a clue where to go

I do, but I work in research science so it's easy for me due to my job. You could try your GP, say no libido, feeling emotional etc and ask for a blood test. Worst that can happen is be says "no".

Drop me a line if you need to ok.
