Acne on test e cycle

How do you guys deal with acne on cycle? Obviously some people are lucky and don't get this problem, but not me! I'm on week 5 now and am getting facial acne mainly pimples, white heads etc... Its leaving my face in a bit of a mess. Been using the usual facial cleansing scrubs and sudocrem at night but thats not working very well. Just wondered if anyone could give me any tips on what works for them. Not really keen on getting on the accutane thing!

Blood work. Upping an ai is nothing but guessing. Pull bloods to see whats what , if not your just throwing shit at a wall hoping something will stick and fix your issues. When you play that game you can cause more harm then good. Like upping your ai to the point you crash your estro and develop saide effects that make acne seem like a good time. Throwing Accutane at something doesn't help fix the problem it covers the issue and the problem that caused it still exists, that and some of the side effects from Accutane can be no fun either but come down to the individual.
I love how no one on this thread suggested he pull bloods , instead threw cures at a problem that no one knows exactly what the cause is. SMFH

Damn you did didn't you dack. My apologies. Other than bloodwork everythings a fucking guessing game , he should do that and then he will either figure shit out or be able to rule things out.
Exactly. I've even offered to point him in the right direction for private blood work here in the uk - which is a bitch and expensive but it can be done.
Of course what other people suggested already. Maybe increasing the AI dosage or maybe switch to another source.
But other than that is hygene a big factor. Acne occurs when glands in the follicles of the skin become overactive. These glands produce an oily substance that helps to stop the skin drying out. Someone with acne produces too much oil, which forms a plug with dead skin cells and blocks the follicle.
I'd use a simple skin cleansing lotion and wash it about as often as I can during the day.
Further you can supplement with Vitamin B5. Seriously helps a lot!

Aromasin bro. 12.5 eod. Was a bit slack over xmas with it... guess that might could be a possible cause!
Get that Aromasin in on a daily basis, EOD may be fluctuating your hormones to much and thus the acne. If your nips are sensitive go to 12.5mg ED.

Are these up to date?
What dose are you on? Any use of an AI? Any pre and on cycle/curren blood work? Any signs of high estro? There can be many factors. Most find is has to do with hormones being out of whack - especially estro being too high. For some it's a more complicated.
Yeah thats up to date bro! Aromasin Ai. No blood work done. Sensitive nips thats a bout it atm! Hoping it might ease up a bit soon.
Is this pharmagrade or UGL Aro. I see you're running at 12.5 EOD but weren't consistent. How long have you been consistent for? You can try upping this to 12.5mg ED especially as you have other estro signs. Suggest you do blood work to check estro levels. It's week 5 for you so you should be doing this about now anyway. Is this your first cycle or do you have priors?
Second cycle. The last one was a couple of years ago, I did have a bit of acne last time but this seems to be worse, its not terrible or anything but I want to nip it in the bud if I can. I have to admit I have been on and of with the Ai so will try 12.5 ed for a bit then go back to eod. Its pharma grade and coated so not the best to split. I'm in the uk so not sure how to go about blood work!

bigmurphAccutane is some harsh shit do your best to stay away from it but then again it works. I myself get bad acne while cycling ive learned just to deal with it and try to keep my test levels as low as possible.
Do you use any cleanser or just wash without soap? From what I have read online a lot of people recommend not using anything apart from warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
