Newbie advice needed!

I'm 37 years old and have been training since I was about 18. I'm a total newbie to steroids but I'm going to try this cycle. If I buy Testosterone Enanthate 250mg 10ml how many viles will I need for a 12 week course at 500mg/week split doses(250mg twice a week)? How many shots will I get from a 250mg 10ml vile? Hopefully someone could reply to this. Sorry if it's a dumb question but as I said total newbie.

Anonyou can do your own math, but I'll tell you not to plan on extracting 10ml from a 10ml vial

1st thing is to not rush into a cycle without the proper compounds in place...down the bottom of the page is a forums button....click that.....read up on ai and pct(anti estrogens and post cycle therapy) and you 1st need to know why they are important and how to dose them properly
then you can start to worry about aas and what source....domestic international....blah blah....basics first tho....a lot of guys can tell you things but if you learn where to find it by yourself then you will gain much more knowledge bc a time will come when ppl here might not be available for responsesso quickly and what not so if you know how to search and where to search you will be much better off....give a man a fish and teach a man to fish and all that jive

Thanks for your reply. Here's my stats: My height is 5ft 10, my weight is 166 lbs, my bf % is 13.6. I'm into fitness like cycling and running. I've always really enjoyed lifting weights and would just like that extra push now.

Aromasin or Arimidex on hand for any estrogen issues that may arise
15 days after your last injection of Test your PCT begins:
Week 1 Nolvadex 40mg and Clomid 100mg a day
Week 2 Nolvadex 40mg and Clomid 100mg a day
Week 3 Nolvadex 20mg and Clomid 50mg a day
Week 4 Nolvadex 20mg and Clomid 50mg a day
Vials are normally 250mg/ml and the vials are 10mls = 2500mgs a vial, So 250 x 24 = 6000 6000 รท 2500 = 2.4 vials. And since suppliers dont sell 2.4 vials you'll need 3. This will allow for spillage or waisted shots etc.

About (6)10ml of test 250mg. Each bottle will roughly last you 2 1/4 weeks.
You also need ai and are informed about pct(post cycle therapy)?
Hi, I don't want to just jump in on this I'm going to research as much as possible. Is ai a back up for oestrogen problems while your on a test cycle? Here's the cycle I want to try:
