Lump on test only cycle

5 weeks into a test only cycle at 500mg a week pinned twice.
Developed a lump under right nipple about the size of two peas.
no irritation, no puffiness and no other signs of gyno or high estrogen.
I get blood drawn in about 5 days from now ( soonest i can get in).
What are your thoughts on running an AI until i go in? my only concern not to is so there is no discrepancies in the blood work.
I've had the lump for a couple days now

No, his concern is he won’t have a true reading if he throws an AI at it before the test. Personally, I’d want to hold out also, but fives days is a lot in terms of gyno. You have lumps, your shit is probably high. I’d start the AI.
I see so many noobs getting burned with gyno because they read only use it if you get side effects of estrogen, or start the fourth and fifth week. What works for random internet steroid user isn’t always going to work for you. With all these parrots on the forum, people think this timeline is gospel.

Doctor, bloods, confirm estro high, control estro, check prolactin and address if needed
If it were me I would want to exclude estro from my mammary pronto - but that's not advice to do so, just what I'd do. Doing so while taking an ai is tricky as you can crash quick smart
I am sure in your vast research that you've understood how to exclude estro from gyno gland, so I wont go into too much on that.
