looking for a good stack

ad

m 36 y.o. male. I have workout and gear using experience. A few years ago I herniated 2 (l4,l5) and as a result I have pretty much spent the last few years sitting on my couch, depressed, and feeling sorry for myself. Ive picked up some unwanted belly fat and type 2 diabetes. Recently ive started dieting and doing cardio, and some weights. Im ready to get started on some gear again to help tone up and rebuild some muscle that I lost. Can anyone give me some ideas of what to start with. A friend daid start with var but id like a 2nd opinion. Thanksin advanceI

I wouldn't recommend aas when you have diabetes, to much risk involved!!!

Get your diet in check first. lots of veggies will help you out defiantly keep up with the cardio but try the weights out so that it'll burn extra calories. Also try and eat a few more meals throughout the day maybe 4-6 small ones.

Keep dieting and doing cardio with light weights at high reps. Get healthy before taking anything. Your excess belly fat is going to cause problems with side effects. I don't think the betes and aas would go well together either. Exercise and healthy eating can reverse diabetes. That should be your number one goal for now. Drop the body fat below 17 percent before considering aas as well.

Hey toneal id like to help ya but weve got a protocol here which is you must include stats. Youve got age down so your good to go there but if you can post your height, weight and bodyfat%.

Var is a no go, it will shut down your natural test which will leave you with ed problems and low energy. Get us those stats and Ill help you build a good cycle brother!

Alloneword is right, you need to cut that bf% in half. Could you give us a sample of what you eat on a typical day? Ill send you a few links through pm, you just have to accept my friend request.

A typical day for me is cereal and a banana for breakfast with meds and 1 multivitamin, and 2 fish oil pills. Lunch is usually a large grilled chicken salad with boiled eggs. Dinner kinda varys. I have small children at home so I tend to get in the habit of eating whatever I cook for them. Thats usually out of convenience. I admit that even when I worked out before, eating has always been a problem. I dont really know how to eat clean or healthy.
