Levothyroxine vs t3

have 200 levothyroxine at 0.6 mg per pill.
Was told using T4 but at higher doses is equal to t3 as far as fat loss.
Wrong? Right?
If correct isnt 0.6 mg per pill equal 600mcg?
Thats way too much....

I dont know anyhting about T-4 but I do know that .6mg is 600mcg
