grinding oat groats

I like to buy whole oat groats and ive been able to eat a lot when i grind into a fine powder.
The problem is my coffee grinder got hot and stopped working lol.
does anyone know where i can get a sturdy grinder that i can grind these into a fine powder. Maybe a bigger grinder?

that is dam smart, and lowers cook time, and i've been buying steel cut and irish oats like a sucker.
Tink22I just use a 10$ one from Walmart or Kroger.
I was using mine and it stopped working.
I must have burned out motor.
