+ 3 Lessening Shortness of Breath Tren side with Quercetin

ad

You could resort to questionable peptides to resolve your shortness of breath
or.. try Quercetin, a flavonoid!

Quercetin has improved cardiovascular performance of athletes at a 1000mg dose according to studies I've found. There's no documentation that I could find of anyone using this to combat tren sides, but this could be worth looking into.

I began dosing Quercetin 500mg every morning from the start of my recent cycle. Everything was fine until around two weeks in when tren was in full swing. I dosed the Quercetin 500mg in the morning like always, had my workout, but soon after I felt the shortness of breath coming on. I popped a Quercetin and sure enough, I was symptom-free the rest of the day!

This case study was done using only 50mg ed of tren ace. I can't find any literature stating you can safely go above 1000mg of Quercetin so I can't recommend going higher. Research suggests there are no adverse side effects when using it in the recommended dose range. Disregarding that disclaimer I think it should be dosed a little higher, three or more 500mg doses throughout the day for better results. On some days I feel the need for a third capsule but usually its late at night when I'm about to pass out. On other days I only take one to start off the day and never need another.

Quercetin acts an anti-histamine as well, which could fight other common side effects of the drug.

Yeah, this post is awesome too! I just looked into this stuff and it's going to become a staple supplement for me and I'm definitely going to run it with tren. +1

This is a good article.56,I have a question for you.I have been reading your posts on estrogen. In the lef.org link,it is stated that quercetin is a phytoestrogen.I read the wiki here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phytoestrogens Do you feel quercetin would amplify estrogen sides or reduce them because they bind to estrogen recepters?

Interesting find. It does bind to estrogen receptors but only the "beta" types. This means that it only activates receptors in the liver and bones. If you were to lower your estrogen too low, your liver and bones would normally be depleted. This depletion could lead to a drop in HDL cholesterol and bone density. By supplementing with a phytoestrogen we can worry a little less about the problem. It's honestly nothing to worry about phytoestrogens are very weak in terms of their estrogen activation and the small amount of estrogen it provides is actually beneficial.

Some additional possible benefits I found online regarding Quercetin:
boosts immunity to cancer, increases nitric oxide, and lowers LDL cholesterol while raising HDL
