anyone had experience with DNP and whether it's underdosed?

I have the 200mg yellow caps which came in a white cylinder. Only been past the first day on it but Im skeptical as last time I ran DNP from another brand, i went up to xxx-mg for 15 days with little sides and absolutely no fat loss after supposed water retention disappeared.

im not particularly low carbing either .
