Injury and AAS
I have tendinosis in both shoulders and GHRP-6 with CJC-1295 and IGF-1 mixed with Rehab exercises have only yielded mild results since august 2011. In February I'm taking a different route...500mg Test E/week and 500 EQ/week mixed with Rehab exercises and regular leg and tricep workouts, pushups, DB presses, etc. No benching or shoulder press (these only aggravate the old injury). Possibly doing regular curling too, depending how it feels, sometimes aggravates the tendon area. I know some people without knowledge of tendinosis will say to wait it out, let it heal, see a doctor, etc...let me inform you...there IS NO FIX. They have no answers in the year 2011. Physical therapy and living with the injuryis what they say, medical science has no answers yet. I say the hell with that, I'm not waiting til I'm 80. I'm 33 now and the time to try out some approaches is while I'm still young enough to grow. I've been wanting to do this cycle anyway and I'm not looking for it to heal my problem. I'm also not looking to compound the problem either.I'm underweight for my size, an ectomorph at 145lbs. Started at 130, got up to 150 and got injured. Very hard for me to gain weight. Eat like crazy, protein shakes and all that. Now it's cycle time. I'd like to hear what people think. Any personal experience.

Meant to say, I had a rugby mate who had serious (career threatening) tendon issues in his legs. Maybe you've tried this but a 20 min hot bath before training and ice baths after helped markedly. Bit old school, but it did work. Might not be practical that said for everyday lifter - and difficult re shoulders too.
Anonafter 120 pound dumbbell military press (4 months ago) I'm still rehabbing my shoulder. My advice for you is, only do certain exercise..try to stay away from those that put extra strain on the shoulders.. don't go past 90 degrees when lifting.. maybe see if the doc will write you a script for a TENs unit.. might help keep the shoulder looser, as well as help the cellular repairs.. Shoulder healing is a lengthy process bro.. rehab is a bitch. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOTTTT hurt it worse..
I had a good amount of arthritis combined with tendonosis. Doc wanted to prescribe PT but I was to the point of if I did anything heavy I couldnt lift arm for 2 days. I said screw PT can we do an MRI? It was pretty banged up so he did a sub-acromial decompression which is where they basically scrape and resurface the inside of the acromium which is the ball part of the shoulder joint. Once rehabbed I can tell you I have no friction in there and very minimal pain. Also have full range of motion and good strength. You may want to seek a good orthopedist and talk about this.
I've been interested in this but I've been worried about the cost. What did it cost you? I've never lost any range of motion but when I used to push myself too hard before I was diagnosed, it felt like something was ripping. Now of course I've heard of worse where people have lost range of motion. My main problem is watching how I lift and I can't snap my arms out too fast or I feel it.Of course I have the shoulder pain when I'm trying to sleep if I don't stretch and do the rehab exercises, but I guess it could be worse according to the tendinosis blogs.
I didnt go too into depth but I should also mention that even now after shoulder problems I cannot go very heavy and do not even do certain exercises like military or behind the neck presses because it compromises the stability of the shoulder joint if you have issues. I also do not go heavy on barbell bench and use more dumbbells because it takes some stress off of the shoulder. For shoulder workouts though there is no reason you cannot get great development from using moderate weight and going very slow and controlled. I also pre-exhaust my shoulders and do iso movements before any compound movements. This ensures everything is loosened up and makes you get a hell of a lot more out of a moderate weight on compound movements (presses). Tendonosis/tendonitis is a direct overuse condition so I would also be curious to hear your your workouts/training splits.
I can only speak from my own experience. I have suffered from nagging pain in my shoulders since I was around 18 years old after repeated sporting injuries. After starting HGH and HRT the situation has improved considerably. Now I'm not advocating it as the way to go but that is how it has been for me.
What type of HRT... Test? and at what doses was it effective for you?
Test P 100mg eod and HGH 2ius ed when I am in cruise mode. Sustanon 500mg split and HGH 3ius ed on blast. I am on permanent HRT with blast phases twice per year
You might have a build up of scar tissue that is causing the injuries to be a continual problem, and needs breaking up (the best you can). I personally don't think AAS are the answer here (to the injury situation) - not sure why you think they would be.
I'm not necessarily looking for it to be an answer to the injury, more like I just don't want it to aggravate it. But if it would help the situation that would definately be a plus. I was going on a cycle anyway, this situation just helped me to decide to add the EQ to help with the collagen synthesis.
I'm definately a fan of breaking up the scar tissue by means of deep tissue massage. It definately provides a temporary relief afterwards. Expensive to get on a regular basis and I've only found 1 masseuse that can do it good.
