How bad does a bicep injection hurt? I want to try it, just seems like it might be painful and a waste of time.
Great site, used it for my first ever injection way back. For anyone looking to add a new site to their rotation besides the basic glutes,delts, quads I reccomend trying lats, really easy to reach and relatively painless.
i still use spot injections !! It comes in handy when I feel like hitting weird spots like lats
I recommend biceps by the way. Great spot I actually hit it more often than delts or quads

Give lats a shot, start small at about 0.5cc , Its an easy injection site.
