ad

Hello Gentle men.

I really desire to gain some weight and possible to have fair amount muscle tone in my body.
However, I really dont know where to start (buying safe products, name of products).
I had done my blood work up for my testosterone which is normal (my doctor would not prescribe anabolic steroid due to normal value my testosterone level).
If someone help me out it will be really great and will really appreciate.
Thanks and have a great day.

One thing to take into consideration is this. Our bodies grow off what? micro and macronutrients. Micro being your vitamins and minerals and Macros being your fat, protein and carbs. What does this mean? Well that's simple.. This means nutrition my friend. Just consume consume consume. You need to allow your body to grow and by feeding your body with the right nutrition you will.. I use to weight the same weight at 5'8. guess what I did? I ate.. and when I was full guess what? I ate again.. I ate when I was hungry and when I wasn't. in two years, I weighed in at 165-170lbs. this was quality gain because I was already lean and combine with training, I blossomed. I ate a lot of pasta and a lot of steak. There is no way around it.. you just need to eat. Build that foundation before any exogenous source of hormones come into play. I hope this helps you in one way or the other.

bulk up shake for skinny guys to gain bulk weight in conjunction with weight training and excersize-
2 litres full cream milk
3 scoops of protein powder
4 scoops pure carbs
1 shot glass of olive oil
1 spoon on of peanut butter
2 scoops creatine monohydrate
1 banana
1 scoop of ice cream
chuck all into blender and blend to desired thickness by adding water
drink as soon as you get up, straight after training and before bed, don't forget your vitamins and minerals either, so this shake here split 3 times a day ( don't drink all at once), and eat something every 3 hours minimum, breakfast is almost as important as you big meal straight after training, and as your trying to gain weight and bulk up its easier because you can snack on bread etc while on the run!!!

You've gotta eat big to get big and if you wanna remain little then use little weights, if you wanna grow use bigger weights with proper form.

No amount of roids will give you muscle if your caloric in-take ain't high enough. Yes, your metabolism ain't fast enough but you make it so. Ive been doing it so long tht ive forgotten even how I managed to go from 3 meals a day to 5-6 meals but now I get hungry after every 3-4 hours and I did that before roid use. I would say up the intensity of the workout and you're body will/should ask for more.

You lack calories !! Not steroids.. I hate to say this but if you can't gain weight and are eating a healthy diet, maybe you should go all out and eat literally everythin. Then train your ass off lifting heavy weights specifically mass building lifts, bench, deads, squats!! Eat eat eat..

Hi bro,

The last thing I would recommend straight out of the box is a course of steroids. You are probably working with a lean body mass of less than 100 lbs and there isn't enough of a base of muscle on you yet for the anabolics to do there thang. I would even suggest if you can afford it to think about getting a personal trainer at your gym to push you and monitor your diet. Don't get discouraged. It's gonna take a little time, but if you stick with a program you will be amazed at what just a year can bring.

There are loads of other guys who know much more than this but I will tell you what helped me go from scrawny to a little thicker.

  1. Eating way more. My caloric intake seemed sufficient because I ate 2-3 good size meals daily but I was barely eating enough calories to break even for my caloric expenditure that day. On days that I trained, I started force feed myself at times. I wasn't eating ridiculous amounts of food - my body just wasn't used to it. I adapted fairly quickly though.

  2. Find a program that incorporates big lifts. Squats. Deadlifts, barbell rows. Pull ups, chin ups, and of course benching. It helped me to go out and find a routine that someone else laid out. Focus on good form and don't try to be a hero, with time you'll build strength. If you can afford it, hire a trainer to show you how to perform those big lifts and/or help you with a routine and nutrition. It's always good to be accountable to someone whether it's a workout partner or trainer. This will help you build a strong base.

Make sure your protein intake is high. Always have a solid protein/carb meal post workout. Incorporate shakes. Make 3 shakes a day if you can. You don't need to buy weight gainer, you can make a gainer shake with any old protein, oats, banana, peanut butter, and I like to throw in a handful of spinach.

In terms of other supplements.... I honestly don't think much is necessary outside of maybe a multivitamin, protein and creatine. The rest of that shit is a gimmick imo.

Lastly, don't set out to do all of this stuff tomorrow. Try to focus on one piece at a time until it all comes together. Nothing has defeated me more frequently than trying to do too much all at once. Patience and consistency pays dividends. Always.

I'm no expert. I just your run if the mill gym guy. Hopefully that is somewhat helpful.

Without enough food AAS is a waste of money. You need to learn to eat and push yourself in the gym. When you say your in normal range what # was it on the test levels? What do you eat?
