How young is too young?

ad

I've been doing quite a lot of research the last few weeks on steroids and I have to say, I am tempted to purchase. The only thing that has me on the fence is my age. A lot of the information I read about taking steroids at a younger age (I'm 19), seems to be broscience. Common arguments are: You already have more than enough test and taking steroids wouldn't give you any significant gains, your body hasn't fully matured and you may harm yourself for the rest of your life and so on... Now, I'm only going to do one cycle (Test E), and I was wondering if this information is in fact true and I'd be wasting my money or if I should go ahead and train my ass off and see some gains. Anyone have any first hand accounts of using gear at 18/19? Possibly before/after pics? Much appreciated.

Just not a wise decision man. Everything could go just fine but then again there could be major issues if you start that young. I wont go through a long list but for one, taking steroids before your growth plates have all fused can actually stunt your growth and that wont happen till 22, 23 or so. Playing with your hormones when your that young can really mess you up in the future. In my humble opinion you should wait till your on the down swing 29-35 or so. Definitely no younger than 22 or 23. Im 32 and just starting my first cycle this coming Sunday, just being 19 is damn near like being on anabolics substances if you train right and eat right. No need to spend the dough your a beast by nature at that age.

I'm already 6'4, so I'm done growing/ don't even want to grow more. But I think you raise a valid point with hormones. I think I'm just going to train hard for a few more years and see where I'm at and if I really need them.

Never know. I was 6ft in 7th grade and stayed there all the way through high school, thought i was through growing. Between 20 and 22 i grew 3 more inches lol. Better safe than sorry, you got plenty of time to play with juice.

When I was your age nobody could tell me shit either lol. At least you're getting blood work and having a doc check you out, a lot of older guys dont even have enough sense to do that. Take every precaution you can bruh, you only get one body.

I think ppl should stay away untill later and I did untill I was 27 but didnt know anything about pct so had a bit of a time with coming off nothing major just drive bad skin. Got hurt at work shortly after and got back in it and had actually researched it and now on second cycle and had no problems and time off was smooth. So what Im trying to say is your your own man gonna do what you wanna do. Jus t research research research bro understand How it works and start small you can always add more the next round. My 2 cents bro good luck

Several friends started when we were in high school and still look great now and are healthy. A lot has to do with the sensible approach.

as stated below, being able to feel what your body is telling you is key. Your friends probably have a great sense of this

started at 18. made very impressive gains.20 now. Dont like posting my pics. But started around 180 lbs now at 215, way more cut (10 percent bodyfat). But I also did alot of things wrong in the process. I had knowledge before I started, but I have abused these substances, and have had sides. Thankfully I learned from my mistakes. But I cannot lie, I do enjoy AAS, but It also holds a lot of regrets of mine. Just make sure you are really ready, not just it sounds cool and I wanna blow up/cut/etc. Make sure your fully convinced with what you really want. If I could go back in time, I think I would wait a little longer. And honestly you dont seem like you have a lot of knowledge on the subject. No offense dude but I mean those are some basic questions.

Now I do everything very smart, worried more about doing it right and safely than how big I'm really going to get. Just me. I started out stupid, deff abused it, deff regret starting when I did. Now I can honestly say, I know a ton about AAS, including risks, benefits, dosing, how to run it, and most importantly being able to read what your body is telling you. Starting out you will not have this guarenteed, many guys dont even after years. Following your body is the key part in my opinion, this deals with safety, gains, everything. But I dont wanna boast, but I feel as though I have enough knowledge on this where I dont consider it to young though. I mean I give people advice that have been juicing for years lol (weird but true) and it helps.

And you've had significant gains/minimal sides?
