How do you order?

Everytime I click products at the bottom of the screen it gives me this cat cartoon that says "cant let you in, wait a few days,etc." This is fourth time ive tried and cant get it, So, how do you order from Big D? Please someone help me and direct me on how to get this done. thank you!
