First cycle Pinning advise?

Hey guys, gonna run my first cycle of test e.
500/mg test e split 2x a week (mon/thurs), for 10 weeks
adex .5mg eod at start of week 2 until pct
PCT Nolva
Day 1 - 100mg
Following 10 days - 60mg
Following 10 days - 40mg
I need some pinning help. Ive never pinned before, so can you guys point me to links/videos to instruct myself or advice? Also where is the best place to get effective test e? I want to make sure i do this right..Thanks.

Looks good but i think typical pct starts two weeks after last shot of test and consists of 4 weeks of Nolva 40/40/20/20 (40mg everyday first and second week, then 20mg everyday last two weeks) then clomid 100/100/50/50
AnonOkay ill do some more research on that. Is the clomid necissary or will just Nolva be fine?

Everyone got their own opinion some do just Nolva but was told the clomid and Nolva work best together and pct isn't something I wanna play games with my pct haha
