-1 Filtering necessary? Look of the oil? Another sachet thread...
Hi Fam,
So I recently got my hands on some gear in sachets (test e) and was really looking forward to getting back on the bike...until I realised how damn hard it was drawing from the sachets!
So a couple of questions:
-
Has anyone purchased sachets recently in the 10ml sachets and what appearance has it given when you draw from the sachets? Mine appears very light and thin.
-
Do you recommend filtering sachets? If so, I've technically f&^ked up already by drawing from the sachet straight into a vial so if I need to filter it (which I'm leaning towards a yes) I'm worried I'll lose a little gear from the transfer process into another vial.
As stated above, the drawing process was straight bullshit to be honest and at one stage I had to catch a bit of the gear into a clean (I pray very clean) kitchen bowl. Hence why I'm asking about filtration. Thankfully it doesn't look like any crap got into the gear but I suppose with pathogens etc you just cant tell with the naked eye.
All other sterility precautions were taken i.e. swabbing the vial, packets, new syringes/needles for every transfer and each sachet etc.
Please be gentle...

I appreciate all the replies to this thread. It seems I have to cut my losses and get some new gear, which I've already done.
I'm not sure if I got a clear answer from anyone regarding filtration though??
Could someone/anyone please confirm if a 1 micron filter would SAFELY filter the gear? Or...is there no saving the gear whatsoever?
I'm happy to chuck the gear so I'm just asking the question. If the answer is "no there is nothing that could filter the gear", then what are syringe filters used for?
Brand names still up -2
Delete them from your OP
Happy to explain the yes and no to your question and give some karma back when you do this.
Didn't realise I made the further references.
Edited. Thanks.
Good stuff, karma returned.
from .22 microns down is enough to remove bacteria and most toxins
no filters will remove viruses or all heavy metals
as pointed out below, whatman are of the best
watch out for vinyl, sometimes the solvents can melt the syringe when injecting, and with glass fibre there can be break off or metals from what i understand.
I think polypropylene .2 from whatman is the best for UGL as it should get rid of pretty much everything and a good chunk of any heavy metals, good considering source of manufacture of these substances. Dont bin your unopened sachets and fiter this way. But, what you filter is only as clean as what you are putting it into.
The filters I have purchased are whatman or exactly the same quality.
So from what you have written, could I filter this gear that is possibly "compromised" or should I chuck it out as everyone else has suggested?
Cheers,
How clean was the kitchen bowl?
Anyone who does this shit at home is not in a sterile environment at all, even when they use plastic enclaves.
If you saw where most ugl is brewed stored etc you would puke,
so.... no it wont be sterile, yes it is currently contaminated, no filters wont remove viruses (example of easy ones are cold and flu which are everywhere)...
so the smart thing is throw it out, but if it were me and i had doused my bowl in boiling water before catching the liquid and my hands were sanitised, I would keep the gear. If not, I would bin it.
I wouldnt particularly want to be injecting flu virus for example!
Thanks bro, that is the first actually descriptive piece of advice I've received in this thread. The bowl was extremely clean and dried.
I dont live in a filthy household by any means.
Did I douse it in hot water? No. Were my hands sanitized, absolutely.
What else could possibly cause an infection or absess if Im filtering with the whatman?
I appreciate the idea of cold or flus but I dont think there is anything like that going in our house (just myself and my fiance).
Really appreciate your comments. I can actually take somethingc away from them.
Ive actually already ordered more stuff so im happy to wait but...I would LOVE to salvage this gear for later use if I possibly can.
LOL dont say that, cause if you inject it and get fucked you will blame me. If you take the risk it can be a calculated risk. most say it isnt worth it. gear costs fuck all really so with that in mind, fuck the few £€$'s
but still... filters are great.
the most common cause of an abscess is the compound itself, the crystals.
the most common cause of infection is poor injection protocol
question, did the bowl air dry or a teatowel or something?
what about the sterile vials? where did you get them? did you use alc swab on them before putting juice into them?
all factors
Haha dont worry bro, if I took any risk its 100% on me and my own stupidity.
With all my previous cycles I was an absolute stickler for sanitization and follow all the standard protocols to the tee. Swabbing the vials, swabbing the injection site, using brand new every time i pin etc
I can confirm the bowl air dried. I bought the vials from a very reputable seller on Ebay which stipulates all sterilised and ready to go. Yes I swabbed eaxh vial before injecting the gear into them.
Its just having to collect the gear from the bowl that compromised it. Damn it!
this isnt advice, but personally Id risk it with the filter. But only whatman .2 microns pp
Just me I wouldn't be drawing oils from Sachets! It's not clean for sure and a lot of difficulty. Nothing like a clear vial of gear from a reputable source.
Completely appreciate that mate. And trust me I wouldn't be either if it wasn't for the country I live in.
Its just sachets are the easiest to obtain. It blows but its just something you accept.
I haven't had a problem using sachets in the past. This time it just went tits up face palm
RustyhookerSterile gloves....sterilize pack....cut off corner....use sterile whatman with 6cc or bigger barrel. Switch tips to 25 and carefully put into sterile vial. Remember air out to oil in? Of course clean top of vial first before transfer.
Dont make it harder. Just be CLEANER
Delete the brand name from your post OP
I'm sorry, why?
Didn't think it was a crime to discuss the lab? Its not like I named the source?
Further, nothing I said was damaging to the brand. Its my problem.
Why? Because it is against the rules.
Maybe if you took a moment to RTFR you would understand what is or isn't a "crime".
Here you go: https://www.eroids.com/rules-and-guidelines
If you RTFR and delete the brand info I will return the -2x karma I am negging you.
Oh and.... further, there is nothing wrong with discussing negatives of any brand, albeit in the appropriate place.
RustyhookerJust pin that shit!!! Chicken?
jayiska little Vagisil will clear that right up...lol
Haha that’s where the term
“Hatchet Wound” Came from
RustyhookerOh gawd! Haha!
Rusty straight on the point lol
I was actually having my breakfast, I’m done now, thank you Rusty lol
No one calls Marty McFly a chicken!
Your a SLACKER mcfly!!!
RustyhookerHaaaa!!!
Alright...you guys win/made your point.
I'll ditch the gear and cut my losses.
RustyhookerI really dont want to see you posted like the pic above sir. Read the forum below linked and be safe. Many good promos going on to save ya a few bucks.
That would be the best option sir. Don’t wanna risk that above
Haha I new you would post one! Good shit rusty. I would toss it, at best you save $60 at worse you end up like that pic. Easy choice for me lol
RustyhookerI really hope noone on here goes thru all that. Theres been a few members posted pix and proof that it was them. Horrible shit for sure!
Be safe brothers!
RustyhookerNitti wrote a full post on how to filter. The small micron screens remove germs and pathogens. Check his forum out. Use the biggest barrels and transfer into new sterile vials. Both the filters and vials can be found in sane section.
Dominick77You are right and 1microns will work, I was just personally telling the OP I wouldnt risk it, but to each his own you know? Dont know what Gizmo down below was talking about...
A 5-micron filter removes large particles that may have been introduced during product preparation, such as glass particles from glass ampules. The 0.22-micron filter is one of the smallest used in patient care, and removes bacteria. There are not currently filters that remove viruses.Apr 6, 2015

I was also thinking viruses as well.
Dominick77Nice, wasnt aware of the .22s
RustyhookerExcellent! Now research benzyl alcohol.
Yea. That’s used to kill off everything.
RustyhookerIn a perfect scenario. Its been a while since folks here posted an abscess pic from gear. I hope all these repetitive notes keep helping.
Got ya. I was just thinking more on the glass side of things. Retract my words. My bad
RustyhookerWas driving hit wrong button. +2
Definitly would not do it that way.

Dominick77Right on bro. Nitti..smart for a boxer lol miss that dude (no homo)
Dominick77"As stated above, the drawing process was straight bullshit to be honest and at one stage I had to catch a bit of the gear into a clean (I pray very clean) kitchen bowl. a kitchen bowl.......throw EVERYTHING out bro......
I thought I was tripping! Well said bro.
Damn, are you kidding? It was only a small part of the gear that we had to catch in the bowl.
And won't filtration get rid of any pathogens, micro-organisms etc?
I seriously don't want to throw out everything and start all over again :(
That bowl may be clean enough to eat out of but it sure isn't clean enough for an IM injection.
Thanks bro, I appreciate that.
I've ordered some new stuff already. It stung letting go of this current stuff (I was really looking forward to getting back on) but oh well. Ill have to wait it out.
Learning curve.
Your immune system doesn't have much of a chance if you inject something that is going to harm you
Man I would take the safe bet. If you get an abscess you wont be able to train or do shit. At least while your waiting on new gear you can train and not be sick as shit. Take it as a lesson learned bro, be safe
Dominick77Its your body. Your life. Know this, there is very little room for error in this game. Carelessness that you have displayed, longevity looks grim. You really willing to risk infections over a few vials of TestE??? The cheapest compound there is.....Dont take this the wrong way, but this might not be for you right now. Research and Learn.
Bro, I can appreciate the concern and trust me I know that none of this situation is ideal. If I absolutely need to, I will purchase new sachets or vials and just wait it out (which is super frustrating).
And I do understand there is very little room for error, hence why I explained I took all other sterility precautions best I could.
I'm doing the best I can regarding research and I've done quite a bit already. Obviously, there isnt much advice specific to these circumstances so hence I'm on this forum seeking other peoples experiences or advice.
I suppose your saying the filters (which I've already purchased) won't do much?
Filters won’t stop bacteria, pathogens, or microorganisms. Filters are mainly used to draw out of glass vials thst need to be broken. Second, you don’t wanna be drawing up stuff that has particles floating in it.
Best do what Dominick says, suck up the loss, and just get some vials of new Test. Plenty of great sources to choose from man. And also. Like he said. Cheap.
Don’t risk your health to save a few bucks.
Dominick771 micron filters will remove bacteria and cysts, however I personally wouldnt risk it.
