Few question on split and diet
IM DOING ORAL TREN - sorry if its oral but it is what it is 4 week cycle
So first 2 weeks before my cycle started i was taking milk thritsle. I started taking 250mg of Oral tren monday along with 50mg of Proviron split up morning and night, along with 3 Liv 52 3 times a day and forged 2 pills a day. Now I'm doing 750mg(not going higher). My question are can i shorten up my workout split to like 3 days? Chest Tri, Back Bi, and shoulders, along with different leg sections everyday. I see it as before tren my body needed more time to recover then it does now so theroetically i would need less time to recover right? so i can shorten my split and build more muscle. And my diet is 220+ P, 150 C, 60g Fat , 170lbs and like 8% BF. And PLEASE dont judge me on oral tren. And thats basically my cuting diet too so i havnt changed my diet much.
Also take pre workout , BCAA, 5g of creatine and l glutamine pre and post workout. and 25g protein in mornng and 50g post workout. I used to do 75g waxy maize post workout for an anabolic response but i cut that out now

waltrI know personally I wouldn't be able to train legs/chest/tri or back/bi/legs together simply because i'd be too wiped out doing chest and tri's first to give legs the proper attention.
Hell my biceps suffer because I train back/bis on the same day and do back first...
Everyones body is different and if you are able to give 100% to three muscle groups in 1 work out then go for it, but make sure you're not half assing it on some parts or you'll end up with results that aren't as good as they could be.
