My training isn't the reason why i am tired tho
I'm on 220p 150c 50f diet, im doing finals now and yesterday morning i ate waffles with lots of syrup and peanut butter because i was feeling really bad and tired so i thought carbs would help out. and then today i was super tired. So what i'm asking is will eating a cheat meal like that change my motabalisim and have my body think it needs more food like as if i was on a maintenance diet?

you should stay at 8% bf thats perfect unless your going to compete for a show. low carb diets make me tired also
