Medicine has a very long shelf life. I have used antibiotics that were older than dirt and they have worked just fine. If there was no risk of contamination there good.

I used Spanish Primobolan amps that expired in 04/05 just a few months ago, felt like they worked fine although one or two gave me bad PIP.

up to 5 years if keept out of sunlight and extreme temps should be fine - just shake it up or roll the vial between your palms to mix everything up - after 5 years potency starts to drop off - i have used expired gear myself and had no problems with labs showing 100% potency

I found a bunch of old expired omnas in a box in a junk drawer, they were all more than 3 years expired and they were as good as they were back when I first bought them. Expiry dates are what keep pharmaceutical companies rich. Its a big money racket.. Most medication, steroids included may degrade over time but the amount would be very minute and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. The expiry dates ensure that stock is constantly being refreshed keeping the companies producing, selling and making coin.

if stored right, I can say with almost complete certainty your good to go. my oldest brother last year had over a dozen bottles of test expired by 2yrs sent for testing, everything checked out. I need to ask him if he still has the reports on this would make for a good topic post.

I've used test that had expired by a month and it was great, I'd sort of made my mind up it may of lost some potency but nothing of the sort. It was a nice surprise as I was a bit dubious.
I'd happily pin 1 year old gear, it's should remain sterile and at worst maybe lose a little potency. However nobody can guarantee anything for you, it's a case of proceed with caution.

The test prop and npp you've got should be a decent gauge of how they are, I'd pin a little bit the first day to check pip, if that's OK I'd carry on for a week at ed pins and that'll give you an idea of the potency and weather to continue or not.

When it's oil based, there's next to no chance of any bacteria growing in there that wasn't already in it when manufactured.

Run it without concern.

crayon's picture

cheers man, so like after how long would you say its not safe to run

Catalyst's picture

That's entirely an opinion question, but I'd personally be happy to run it a couple of years out of date if the manufacturer was reputable.

The stuff lasts forever, keep in a cool dark dry environment. You're not talking about stuff that's 5-10 yrs. old, just past the exp date < 1 year. No problem.

cheers man appreciate the help. have u had experience doing it?

Dickkhead's picture

Yes, I have run gear that I bought and let sit for quite a while and it expired. It was still crystal clear, the carrier oil didn't change color, no particles of anything swimming about in the vial. Worked in the cycle just as always.

Wouldn't risk it. Sell your stash to a buddy. Best way to go.

irongame427's picture

lol that's one way to deal with it

Hard to say assuming these are from ugls. I know what pharm grade stuff your usually good for 2-3 years after it expires, but I'm not sure if that's the case for ugls too. Wait for some of the vets to chime in. I will gladly hold onto that gear for you while you take your break. I promise I'll give it back when you need it lol.

hahaha im sure you would, infact i was thinking of getting rid of it just cudnt find any1 to sell to, so ill probs just wait till i feel im ready to cycle again ;)
