Too much weight loss

Hi i've recently started dieting and wanted to share some of the results. Been loosing around 1 pound a day which i thought was amazing!! Its due to this thing im trying "intermittent fasting"
anyway im just thinking "hold on, is this fat or muscle im loosing" because is it possible to loose that much fat in that little time? My work is fairly physical which is the times i loose the most.
Hard to say how much strength ive lost because ov been out of the gym for a month (damn flu).
But should i be concerned?

Water weight, not possible to be 1lb a day of fat or muscle. 3500 calories = 1lb of fat. Unless you are eating nothing and jogging in the middle of the Sahara desert its simply water weight you've lost...expect that to fluctuate.

are you still losing 1 pound per day? how much did you drop so far?
No it stabalised to around 1pound every two days. It only seemed to drop that much when i first started

Ye im telling you this fasting is great. But i wouldn't recommend it if you hzve lots of muscle since it would likely burn through that abit more than a standard diet.
But im just doing it to get lean then build muscle then move to AAS, iv got a few years of building muscle experience under my belt but because of my low T it wasnt very successful, which is why im moving to AAS early.
Are you not eating anything on your fasting days? How many days per week do you fast?
I do eat on my fasting days but after 5pm i try to eat around 1500cals in a 5-9pm window. I do this around 5-6 days a week

you are losing muscle.... losing 1-2 pounds a week is ideal to keep your musle. Anything losing over that is most likely muscle. Starving yourself isnt the answer. I would def do a differnt diet, fasting is not a good idea. Try carb cycling.
