Donating Blood: Only on EQ or everytime?
ad
I could use advice with regard to donating blood. Is this something that is recommended every cycle? Everything I read deals only with EQ, but when I knick myself shaving the blood is not the dark color it was before my cycle. It is glow in the dark, fire engine, bright red so I know my red blood cell count is up. Do you guys do this every cycle? And how often? I know it kills your strength for a couple days so I don't want to do it if I don't need to. If I do though, I should do it before, during, or after PCT?

On or off I donate every 115 days double red, two pints. I see it as good karma and I'm not talking eriods karma. It also benifits your health
You never know who's life you saved, a father a child or help some one who is sick. I will tell you this, who ever gets my blood is getting some really good testosterone with it.
I think it never hurts,,,it benefits your health and could save someone else's life
at the same time.
Good advice below....donate every 8 weeks especially if using AAS. Your blood work values can be in normal range, even at the high end, which is a signal to drop a unit. Monitor RDW, HGB & HCT, RBC. After a cycle, i was stuck at specific weight. I dropped a unit and within 3-5 days my weight was up 7 pounds.
On or off cycle I donate every 2 months. 6 times a year, gotta stay safe in this game.
You are right. Safety first. This sport we all enjoy is a thinking man's game. There are no negatives to donating, other than a slight hit in strength for a day or two. I can handle that. I will donate every other month starting as soon as I can.
It's like getting your oil changed. Taking action, I like it +1 Stay safe broski
Lol I use the same expression, getting an oil change. Just like Lattimer did in the movie The Program (am I showing my age there? Lol)
Great movie. I saw it opening night in the theatre, before they had to take the scene out of the guys laying on the double yellow lines in the middle of the road. High school kids were reenacting the scene and getting killed.
Much appreciated. Part of the reason I waited to juice was I wanted to learn as much as I could about the subject first, both through reading and observation, plus I was making great gains. When I turned 34 I really noticed a big increase in the amount of recovery time I needed between workouts. Taking steroids is not as easy as the general public makes it out to be. I watched a number of lifting buddies get messed up with bitch tits and fertility issues because of improper, irresponsible cycling. This is a biochemistry science project we are conducting with our bodies. The smart benefit tremendously. The irresponsible can do unrepairable damage to themselves. The other reason I waited was I wanted to be at a point in my life when I could both afford to do it properly and be able to dedicate myself 100%. In my 20s and early 30s, while I did hit the gym 4-5 days a week, I was still into drinking, chasing pussy, and occasional recreational drug use. That all stopped the day my wife had my first child.
We have been down the same path my man. Your right about the irresponsibility of using these drugs, If your body is not 100% running good then your swimming against the tide. Food is your friend.
Hell yeah! I cannot believe the amount of food I eat now. My calories are I have no idea. The scale stalls, I add a little more meat and carbs to each meal and then it starts moving again. I stay hungry. Going to bump my protein portions from 8oz to 12oz and see what happens. I already went to 10 eggs for breakfast. Just can't eat anymore eggs and I hate meat for breakfast.
I just throw the turkey bacon and cheese into the eggs, sometimes veggies, ground turkey, steak, shredded chicken. Thankfully I love eggs.
Here's something I make for the weekend to replace oatmeal to break it up
1 cup Bob's mill 100% whole wheat pancake mix
1 cup Low fat granola
3/4 cup Milk
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Egg
1 cup Frozen blueberries
No sugar syrup
Mix all together besides the blueberries. Let it cook for a bit before adding
I make one big pancake in a skillet
1/4 of the pancake is 320 calories. On a bulk I eat 1/2 of it 640 cals for the carb portion of breakfast.
Enjoy the bulk
Sounds good! I'm going to make them for the fam this weekend. We do a big breakfast every Sat. I cook. I'm sure they are getting tired of my regulars and the kids love granola. I'll make some extras with other fruits for my work meals. Getting sick of rice and potatoes.
Really depends on blood work, but i get it done every cycle. Ideally I would get it done every 8 weeks which is as often as you're allowed to atleast through the red cross. I would get it done after being on cycle for 8-10 weeks but you should be getting mid cycle bloods around week 6 and if it shows its high then get it then. I dont think it messed with my strength.
I see this listed on the female hormone test. What is a good range to be in?
hunteron20sI would go get labs ran on rbc and go from there ..its different on elevation as well.blood pressure will be higher as well. .labs dont cost that much .its worth it
