Halo hardens me up like nothing else. It's a nasty nasty compound and a great pump is not a reason enough for me to use it. I would advise against its use to anyone but if they insisted I'd say no more than 20mg/day no longer than 2 weeks MAX
Be careful with halo, it's the only steroid that has ever had a truly horrific effect on my level of aggression. I'm a placid guy by nature, the one and only time I used halo (a long time ago) I was an utter arsehole to all and sundry. In retrospect I'm surprised I'm still married!
Definitely also had similar effects on me like the heart rate and raised BP. Wouldn't be a compound I would use again, mainly due to the aggression.
