Hey guys. New to AAS and the forums. I recently turned 35 and decided to start my first cycle, after much deliberation. I recently purchased CENSORED 5 mg-300 tabs(d-bol) from CENSORED via CENSORED But neglected to buy any Tamoxifen until today(should be here in about 2-3 weeks, I also have some deca coming 4ml-400mg in a few weeks, but I have the d-bol in my hand now.

I have a few questions, and I was hoping to get some advice from veterans about what to do next. This is my first cycle. (I am 6'1" 100kg. I have been working out since I was about 18.) What dosage should I start my cycle at? Should I progess upwards in dosage? Do I really need to be worried about gyno with a low dosage? How long should I cycle for? I have read lots of info on the net about this stuff but it all seems to say something different. One site says 15 mg and take weekends off, another says don't go over 30 mg a day, and one even suggested 50 mg with an anti-estro.
