coaching/advice
Hows it going everyone?
Basically I am looking to get some advice on what type of stack/cycle I should run for my first? I am currently 21, 6'2 sitting at about 260. My body fat is to high and I intend on dropping a good amount of weight before starting my cycle unless I get told not to. I am looking to drop to a solid 225 at a lean status.
I have been told that Test E is the best way to go, especially for a first time user. Whats everyones take on this and what else should I stack it with, if this is the way to go.
On a side note, I currently have about 3 weeks of winny(pill form) and 2 weeks worth of clen on me that I intend to save and try to stack in.
I am also up for diet oppinions as well, I played hockey right out of high school at a JR level and have always ate off of the diet the provided. Basically what im saying is im looking to change it up and try something new.
I hope we can get a good discussion going and everyones comments are welcome.

tread-mI know you will do what you like but I tend to agree with DoWork. Take that natural hormone that flows all through you and even though many dont like him, go to jaycutler.com bottom right of the page is a tab called blueprints. Click on it and look at his diet the last few weeks and then from now to Olympia and form yourself a smaller version of that to take care of the lack of work and diet that got you where you are. I don't mean that shitty so don't take it that way please. If you are willing to do the work and work the diet and train and harden up and cut that weight then you look to move forward and discuss gear in very mild use. Prove to yourself you're ready for this by showing you have it in you to do what you should be doing without a magic shot...its not magic, and if you use the gear and don't dial in that diet and routine, you will be worse off than now in the long run. Just good constructive advice so take it that way, I mean no disrespect. Diet is in my opinion 90% of building, if not more. It is the hardest part of building as well and you have been proving unwilling to take care of that so its time to prove to yourself you are ready to be here and responsible enough to handle all of it together. If you do decide to use gear now as I suspect you will, try that advise with diet anyway for your early goals. Don't take a bunch of cutting shit in a first cycle thinking it will do the work you should be doing. If that's worth nothing to you that's exactly what you paid for it so no loss right. Good luck with it either way, wish you the best!
I do appreciate the advice and I did not take any of it disrespectfully. As for the weight loss, I do intend to lose a good amount of weight before I throw anything hardcore into the mix, I would like to get down to 220-230 before i start anything. As for being lazy, I dont have anything to argue against that. The biggest difficulty i have had is finding someone to be as motivated as me, so that I could have a workout partner. Basically I go hardcore for a month and then I get unmotivated and I fall off. I am gonna check out the site and see what kind of diet I can build from it. What do you think is a good weight to start looking at doing a cycle?
When i played hockey at a high level we practiced 4 days a week 2 times dayly. Resulting in a lot of cardio and strength/endurance training. Then we had games on the weekend. At that point in my prime i was between 215-220 and was pretty small with a decent strength to weight ratio.
tread-mI hear that bigtime brother...I won['t let others dictate my health though anymore. If I have to go alone I go alone. As to good weight, you know you better than anyone, just go with your "gut" instinct...lol I don't wanna seem completely opposed to a litte aid in cutting but its so easy to think it will do the work. Bust your ass a few weeks and dial in that diet man and you'll be amazed where you are in a month. Diet is so tough so give yourself a reward day each week still trying to get your daily protein in. If you want the cut to come even quicker hit that baked or grilled fish and stay away from the other meat as much as possible. You'll shred man if you follow that diet I promise you. (The cut diet) pre-contest
What kind of cutting aid would you recommend? I have no problem hammering away some fish for a while to cut, but what else would you recommend throwing in with it? As for cutting, do you recommend pure cardio for the first month while trying to cut, or do you recommend still hitting the weights? Ive heard so many different opinions on it that its hard for me to know what I should follow.
tread-miP I would dial in that diet we talked about and ease in to all of it, weights and all. No time like today man and tomorrow may never come. If you have the strength to stay on that cut diet the rest is the easy stuff. In 4 weeks people will ask if you're juicin anyway! lol By the end of 4-6 weeks you will be motivated looking in that mirror.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who is going to tell you this. You are only 21, you should really wait a few years to start cyclingsine your body is still producing a lot of test naturally. Use that time to get your diet and training dialed in.
I would go with a cut cycle
Test P, Winny, Clen, nolva, anastolze, and hcg
Low fat high protein about 3000 calories
Drop fat and shread at once then go with a bulk cycle later
Noooooooo.... recommending a short ester cycle to a noobie is NOT a good idea. i, too, believe you should take a few yrs to dial in your diet and training, work on your DISCIPLINE! ...and research, research, research!
as far as dropping weight i see no problem with a clen/ECA split at this time. what is that you may be asking urself? well, research, research, research!
The research aspect of your post is the reason that I asked questions in the first place. Also I do know what a clen/eca split is, and it is something that im considering.
