Clen question
I have a clen question that I can’t find the answer to…
I know your body builds an resistance to clen quite fast, so that’s why everyone fluctuates their on/off schedule frequently. My question is, do you do this just because your body becomes resistant to the ‘shakes/jitters’ or does it build a resistance to the actual weight losing properties?
I’ve come across some high quality clen (or over dosed) and the ‘shakes/jitters’ are too much. My hands shake to the point I can’t write, I can’t run for long distances because my heart is racing like a horse, headaches, lack of hunger, etc… I’d like to continue to run the clen for its weight loss abilities but I’d rather do without the extreme jitters. If I stayed on and didn’t frequently cycle off, would my body get use to the jitters effect but still lose weight, or would it build a tolerance to both and neither would work at that point?
(for background history; I’ve ran clen in the past at amounts up to 160mcg a day with no problems but this new source’s clen is kicking my ass at 20mcg a day, which probably isn’t 20mcg’s)

Clenbuterol act by binding to the receptor beta2(stimulate the heart rate, and the thermogenese).
After a while these receptor are saturate and your dose lose of their efficiency.
The same logic apply to ECA stacks, aspirin clean the receptor beta 2and3(ephedrine bind beta 3)
Ketotifen do the same thing as aspirin in ECA.
So with ketotifen you could run it non-stop for 1-2month, however it creates a big stress your body and I advise to not run it more than 1 month every 6 month.
good luck
Keto helps w the tolerance build up. Plus imo it gives me a little more sensitivity to clen so i need less to get same effect. Keto knocks me out and gives me a cloudy hangover the next morning.
Even w keto i run 2wks on 1 off. It also may help w the sides a lil
AnonIm taking 40mcg and my hands only seem like a slight twitching of the fingers idk if i wana up the dose just cuz im cheap dont feel like blasting threw my clens.
Thanks for the info guys. I guess if it seems like it'll lose its weight losing properties, I'll keep cycling on and off.
As for the extreme jitters, I split my capsules yesterday into half dosages (2x a day, morning & afternoon) and that worked out much better than a heavy dose all at once.
I'll run the benedryl during the off weeks and I'm currently pounding the water and bananas to help with the cramps.
WithdrawlYou can buy potassium pills really cheap, then you won't have to eat so many bananas which will help with fat loss since you won't be eating so much fructose. A bottle of potassium pills are like $5-$7. 600-1,000mg of potassium a day helps me out a lot. Taurine is another good thing to add if cramps get really bad, and that's pretty cheap too. 4g of taurine a day does the trick for me. I can deal with the shakes from clen but the cramping is what drives me crazy so I load up on this stuff and it does a pretty good job of helping.
WithdrawlBasically the fat loss properties are greatly reduced around the 2 weeks mark even with the dose tapered up. Anything over 120mcg and it's time to take a break in my opinion. Everyone is different but that's a good general rule. Some guys use ketotifin during their clen runs with success. Ketotifin keeps the receptors clear so you keep seeing good results without having to take a break to let your receptors clear. Some research chem sites sell it. I've also heard of people taking benadryl during their off week and this lets them take just one week off instead of two. Never tried it myself though.
Chaz32621Clenbuterol loses its thermogenic effects after around 8 weeks when body temperature drops back to normal. Its anabolic /anti-catabolic properties fade away at around the 18 day mark. Taking the long half life into consideration, the most effective way of cycling clen is 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off for no more than 12 weeks. Ephedrine or Yohimbine can be used in the off weeks.
Muscle cramps can be avoided by drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water and consuming bananas and oranges or supplementing with potassium tablets at 200-400mg a day taken before bed on an empty stomach. Taurine at 3-5grams is a necessity in minimizing cramps. Headaches can easily be avoided with Tylenol Extra Strength taking at the first signs of a headache.
I can't help you, just wondering if the 20mcg is in one pill or maybe four 5mcg?
Are you getting confused and taking 200mcg?
No, they're 20mcg per pill. But for 20mcg, it's kicking my ass!
(Which probably isn't really 20mcg)
