-1 Cholesterol levels 459
ad
My doc just looked back on my cholesterol levels from 2 days after my last cycle, which was about 8 weeks ago and it was 459. How bad is that and how long before it would return to base line most likely.

Good god man.
The normal range for cholesterol is under 200. You're more than double that. This is a heart attack waiting to happen.
Does anybody know how long it could take for my levels to normalize from a level like that? I'm taking supps to help it and have been eating a ckd based deficit diet with cardio.
Your doctor is the only one who can tell you based on your family history, age, and what you are predisposed. With levels that high to begin with, I can sadly say you will not be able to cycle or do aas at all. Check with your doctor as its safe to say you wont find one here. He will tell you the same wether you want to hear it or not. AAS raises your natural levels, some not much and some such as yourself to critical levels.
Well this just sucks then. There's so much I don't like about myself, such as my scoliosis, peyronies, and I use to be obese, as well as a status that hardly any man at my age has. I ended up finding a love for bodybuilding/ powerlifting and confidence was there.I follow my plans religiously with diet, training, supps, etc. I have/had a drive to powerlift/ bodybuild, but it's hard to do at the level I hope to without gear. If I can't juice then I don't need to hold the drive to be at the top in most likely powerlifting and waste my time being do meticulous with all this. Darn... hopefully it was the quad stack ph with m-sten to finish a cycle that already contained tren that jacked them to epic proportions, that and eating two to three dozen eggs daily. Maybe I'll give a short blast with injectables only a shot. Not trying to come off strange with all that was posted at the top. Yes I admit tren was a bad idea and for some reason I thought I was bulletproof, which I should know better because the flu almost killed me a year ago, as it did something to my brain. It was real strange, I woke one night while I had the flu and as I was falling asleep my whole brain felt like it was shaking in my head. I opened my eyes and everything was moving back and forth, my body was rocking and I couldn't balance. This happened the rest of the night everytime I tried to fall asleep and prevented me from doing so. It stopped eventually, but instead of getting sleep, I completely lost the ability to sleep for a whole month. It was a horrible experience. I ended up hallucinating and couldn't remember hardly anything and thought I was dieing from sporadic fatal insomnia. Not going to lie, I didn't want to go on any longer. The doctors couldn't figure out what was going on, but knew it was something neurological. I remember I was on week 2 of an epi cycle when it happened, had the flu, and had a toradol shot the day before, which made me feel very strange. It slowly got better starting with intermittent 10min sleeps throughout. Now I've been normal with sleep for the past 8 months. I've already done two cycles since, so it obviously wasn't the epi. This whole thing for some reason has seemed to desensitize me and never think twice about making a harmful life decision, until now I guess. The whole thing put me and my family through hell.I sort of feel like I have PTSD from the whole deal and fear sleep most nights. Crazy story I know. To this day it's still a mystery as to what happened and no doctor has any answers.
Some people just cant take certain medications; don't give up on training because you cant "cheat," There are plenty of all natty's out there smashing it. Get yourself to a book store and read up on strength training and other things. Work on your weakest muscle groups 2 times a week. it will come but your fkn health is more important then anything else. Do you want your tombstone to read..."here lies (insert name) He died an early death but boy was he ripped.
You honestly think there is no hope for even taking things such as primo, low dose test, deca, mast, or EQ? I've read of some people's levels actually improving while on some cycles. No tren or orals anymore and only short blasts. If it really is that much of a hazard to my health I won't do it, but I was also taking 525/mg tren weekly, dbol kick, some ment throughout, and a quad stack ph to end it, while eating 2 dozen eggs daily, and not taking anything for cholesterol other than red yeast rice, which I found out didn't even have a statin in it. Not trying to be hard headed. Just looking for one last verification based on what I stated I guess. If you all really think so, then I won't, but I know I'll never have the same drive for training natty the rest of my life now that I know what it's like to be on.
Like I said, you need to talk to a doctor before you do a cycle again. You seem so hard pressed to do AAS, what the fuck is your rush? It's all in your head so retrain your thought process because you can train natty and be fine as long as you get it out of your head. Get your ass to your doctor and tell him what you did and for how long, and have him do your bloods so he can tell you your choices. You seem to think you are immortal and no amount of over the counter snake oils will fix your genetic predisposition. But I as well as everyone else here are not doctors, if you come clean with your doctor he can tell you what to expect. Do you have a history of heart problems or disease in your family? Do you have a history of baldness? Do you have high blood pressure? Acne? How old were your grandparents when they died if they did? great grandparents? e.t.c. Research your family history because the more negatives that are in it; the higher your chances of not ending well. Just as genetics play a role in your size and mass; so does disease and health issues.
RustyhookerDude...he's trolling you. Only his Dr can help.
And this is why I can't take a nice approach; I get trolled.
RustyhookerYou did great! Op thru all his statements throws enough to catch more folks. Tries to persuade you why he should keep running gear even though it's retarded to do so. I get trolled to.
I should have caught it when he said he drank a coffee with cream and asked if that would raise the levels.
No one except my aunt died of heart issues and she was almost 90. All my grandparents and parents are still around and in good health. My great grandma lived to be 110 years old and my grandma is a chronic alcoholic who is still in good health at age 81. The only real issue from some of my family is cancer, but they're not immediate family. Heart issues hasn't been a big problem at all in my family history. Maybe I was just dealt the shit end of the stick. I know longevity should be on my genetic side.
Just wanted to say, I actually did have a coffee with heavy cream right before my bloodwork that showed 459 cholesterol levels. How bad do you think that would have effected it? I did end up stopping my cycle. One of my main goals is to compete in powerlifting and bodybuilding, so I'll certainly be using often, but from now on I'm going to make sure I'm in good health before I start anything, as well as do everything I can to maintain good health while on. I want to be in this sport for life, can't really do that if I stroke out. I'm just going to blast short esters from now on, maybe European style, with tren , npp, and other short esters for 2-6 weeks(minimal test),while coming off for double the time I was on. This should help prevent is many negative health effects. I'm now taking niacin, fishoil(12g daily), garlic, vit e, and Chinese red yeast rice, as well as inositol. I might even try a drink mix I read about in another forum, it's 3 g taurine, 600-800 g magnesium, 1 teaspoon potassium gluconate, and 2000 mg l carnitine. Bloods will be done Monday to see where I'm at.
add in vitamin e start smashing it, also drink green tea by it self every day.
RustyhookerCoffe might affect bp but not cholesterol. Keep us updated! Don't mess with your life bud. +1
I'll keep you keep you al updated with what the bloodwork says and I'll let it help me determine when to jump on again. At least I can still run my igf1-lr3 and mgf. Igf1 supposedly has a favorable effect on lipids. The thing I really don't like is that I just spent $700 (from the top rated source on this site) gear and I found out I got a new job oversees in Qatar. Does anybody know if gear legal in Qatar? How long will my gear last? I'm probably just going to ship it to myself before I go. I think I'm still under US jurisdiction though and I'll be working on a base. I'll take the chance with my gear anyway: don't want to wast $700. There's a bodybuilding organization over there I'm going to join. I plan to get as big as I can while over there and take it very seriously.. always making sure my health is good though of course. Then I'll come back to the states after I've saved a lot of money and try to make something happen as a bodybuilder.
If your blood pressure was high the coffee and heavy cream would've affected it. I could have perfect cholesterol and eat a Big Mac with fries and an apple pie before the test and it wouldn't affect it at all
I'm glad to see you stopped. Your health is more important than looking good.
last cycle was 2 months ago and you started a new one already? WOW. YOLO right? For you its You Only Live to 25.
With that high of a cholesterol count I am imagining a cycle filled with delicious fatty ass foods with milkshakes and delicious double cheeseburgers from McDonalds and pizza every day. Also a gram of test a week for good measure right? You cant get big if you dont eat and pin big!!!
My cycle consists of only 120 mg test phenylprop EOD, 20 mg tren ace Ed, and mast prop at 50mg ED, along with NPP at 210mg/wk. This stroke thought kind of has me worried, so I'll probably just stop or run a low dose of test, which I heard can benefit cholesterol levels. Yes, you're right, I am a fkn idiot, who's to hard headed sometimes, but don't understand why I make such dumb decisions. I really think it was the orals that did that much damage. I'm never taking orals again, well, at least if I live long enough to take action on that decision. I'll just stop now, get the bloodwork, and if it's ok I'll start up again.
That's 1120mg a week of anabolics and 140mg of that is trenbolone. That isn't an amount you can preference with "only". Trenbolone is easily as toxic as orals so I'm not sure why you think orals are worse. Just because it's an injectable doesn't mean it is automatically non-toxic.
Also if you didn't get your cholesterol tested pre-cycle how do you know what is normal? It may have been worse for all you know; and the anabolics may have had no effect on the cholesterol at all, or it may have bombed them out. The point is you don't know either way.
Cardio, lower bodyfat, fish oils, olive oil, b vitamins, minerals, garlic, onions, no red meat and no diary fat seem to improve blood profile in most people whether they weight train or not. Just because you can bench press 500lbs doesn't mean you are invincible.
I did get bloods before that cycle and my cholesterol was very good, so no, my cholesterol wasn't high before the cycle.
Test is not beneficial towards your cholesterol at all. It's just not as bad as other drugs. The only AAS related drug that has a beneficial effect is nolvadex because it has an estrogenic effect on the liver resulting in good cholesterol (HDL) production.
Stop your cycle immediately! Eat your high fiber foods, take your statin, drink fluids and pray to God you don't get a stroke. 459 is epic going to die soon levels. Reduce your fat intake of fats.
This is not the place to be discussing your health when it's that bad. With ACA (obamacare) you won't be denied coverage based on previous health issues. Come clean with your doc asap
You are joking right? Is this all bullshit screwing around?...your worried? If you live long enough?...steroids and ones health are not something to discuss so cordially.
You are a jack ass and should not be posting this shit. Other youths dont need to read this bs.
If you are not joking you should stop injecting and forget about AAS for the rest of your life because you will never be ready maturity wise.
RustyhookerStop
Your
Cycle.
You should be at the er right now talking to a doctor about meds to drop that number before you sneeze and stroke out.
WTF
Well, I get my bloods tomorrow and if it's still bad I'm stopping and will get on a statin. I'd hate to have a stroke.
RustyhookerJust started a NEW CYCLE???????
Rest i piece. You're gonna die. I'm on site chetting with my nursing friends. You're gonna stroke and die without notice.
But you're probably gonna keep on cycle. So I'll be seeing you on your gurney journey.
Are you sure about those numbers? That is crazy high. On my cycles, its normally the Good cholesterol
that's real low. What is your bodyweight now and at the time of the test?
Here are some posted ranges from my Doc:
Total cholesterol: Below 200 mg/dL Below 5.2 mmol/L Desirable; 200-239 mg/dL 5.2-6.2 mmol/L Borderline high; 240 mg/dL and above Above 6.2 mmol/L High
The bloodwork was from 2 months ago. I ran a quad stack ph weeks 13-16 to end my cycle and I think that's what did it. It had m-sten, halodrol, max lmg, and some deca ph. Stupid thing is I just started my next cycle two days ago and I'm getting follow up blood work tomorrow. I should have waited until the bloodwork. I am now taking Chinese red yeast rice with statin in them to help, along with niacin, garlic, vit e, and fish oil. I honestly plan on just blasting and cruising, since I have a source and can afford it. I plan on getting on trt anyway and I believe it's better than huge hormonal swings all the time if you plan on cycling long term. I'm talking cruising at 100mg test/wk.
The good thing is you just started your cycle 2 days ago so you can quit now without doing any further damage or need for a pct. Make sure that cholesterol is under control before you do anything else.
You are 25 & considering trt. Fkn idiot! Can't put it any more bluntly than that.
Either you are a troll or epically stupid. If 989 is in fact your area code I suggest you take a ride uo the Z-bridge and jump because you are hell bent to kill yourself anyway.
Your new here so let me save you some research that you should have done before typing or thinking about trt...
NO..at 25 no TRT...be a man and cycle on and off if you insist on using aas at your age which is borderline...
Negatives about trt:
Needle every week for rest of your life!
Getting and paying for test from doc$$$$$
Getting bloodwork$$$$
Ect ect....
Oh and post your stats and cycle history up
On top of what he said. Ask you doc to prescribe something too. Your cholesterol is way out of range.
BetterOnTopIf you wanna drop that cholesterol you gotta cut the gear until it goes back down. Elevated blood pressure will not help your cause. Clean your diet up asap. Lean towards egg whites, protein powder, whole wheat, whole grains, nuts and beans for your protein sources for the next 2 months. Its ganna suck but it will work. Gotta ask yourself how important is your health to you?
I've been off for two months now. The blood work was taken the day after a harsh ph quad stack. It's been two months since my cholesterol read do high. Do you mean two more months off? I'm getting bloods Monday.
