Can anyone help with this sust 250?

Can anyone help tell me if the sust 250 I have is legit? I have been searching all over the internet for an answer. all the vials have the exact same amount of liquid in it.

The new osb ones they are
If propionate is spelt with an L and not an I then there copy's from Europe
I feel like I need a magnifying glass to read the lettering! maybe I'm just getting old.
with my SLR camera you can make out the 'i' in prop, but w/out the camera it does look like an 'I'. Thanks for the reply!
