Calorie Deficit in PCT?
Hi Guys,
I'm currently in a pickle and I'd like to know what you guys would do or if you have any suggestions.
I'm currently ending my first test run in the next couple weeks. My PCT starts on 2/6 with clomid/torem/asin/daa.
I have a bachelor party/wedding/honeymoon in May and I'm trying to get in the best shape possible for it.
My main question is, how would you go about trying to reduce as much fat as possible in the next 3 months, but also with trying to maintain as much muscle/strength as possible from my cycle during PCT?
Basically, during PCT, I know you're supposed to limit cardio a little bit and at least maintain the diet, if not eat slightly more to maintain the strength/size gains made during the cycle.
I want to lose as much BF as possible which would require even more cardio and to be in a calorie deficit, but this would probably hinder my PCT. I guess I'm just wondering if I should maybe wait until mid March until I'm done with my PCT serms to really start trying to cut or if I should start ASAP.
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys

I had this same type of predicament before my first cycle, I knew I was gonna wanna diet after but I knew after a year of research that was the dumbest thing I could possibly do right after gaining 2 years worth of muscle in 3 months that my body will try and shed the minute I stop eating big so I spent 8 weeks dieting before the cycle and was very surprised when I explodded when I started the cycle. Didn't know this was called "priming" and very common to do before a bulk as your muscles just suck up all the nutrients afte being in a deficit for so long. Much like bulkkkg right after a show, many bodybuilder take advantage of the easy growth right rhen. So to answer your question no, terrible idea and great way to lose most of what you gained. If you have 3 months after the cycle I'd keep your cals up during pct, the month after and then if you insist that last month you can try and diet, you can make some decent changes in 4 weeks. Not huge but noticeable.
I think that's a smart idea as well. So maybe try and eat the same and keep cardio at least moderate during the PCT portion which will be from Feb 6-Mid March?
Then Maybe from Mid-March until May I can slowly start to increase cardio and slowly decrease cals?
